Skills and Abilities -Hydromancy Rank: A+ Type: Passive Description: The ability to manipulate water in all forms. Sarah has complete control over all water and ice elemental skills used in her area, being able to cancel or redirect them as she wishes. The mana cost of Sarah's water elemental skills are reduced by 10% for each water level in the area. Sarah is also immune to the effects of freezing. ---Each area has a water level. The default water level in all areas is zero with the exception of water locations, which have a default water level of one. ---Water Locations: Northern Fountain, Waterway and Southern Lake. ---Freezing X: Prevents movement during the 2nd movement step, regular fleeing from battle and decreases health regen by 10% for X turns. Higher ranks in freezing will override lower ranks. Ranks in freezing will decrease by one during each end phase. -Divination Rank: B+ Type: Passive Requirements: Sarah is not currently in combat. Sarah is at a water location. Description: By observing the color, purity, or flow present in a body of water, a hydromancer is able to gain insight on events that occurred recently nearby. Sarah will automatically become aware of any masters or servants who have been in the area within the last turn. -Soothing Water Rank: D Type: Support Properties: Water Elemental Cost: 9 mana Requirements: Usable twice per target per turn. Maximum Targets: 1 Description: A revitalizing technique that is capable of healing status effects. When used, ranks in Bleeding and Burning on a target are reduced by 2. ---Bleeding X: The target loses X% of their current health during the upkeep phase of each turn. Immediately after taking damage, the rank in bleeding is halved and then rounded down. Ranks in bleeding will add onto each other. ---Burning X: The target's Strength and Endurance are reduced by one sub-rank for X turns. Higher ranks in Burning will override lower ranks. Ranks in burning will decrease by one during each end phase. -Geyser Rank: C+ Type: Support Properties: Water Elemental Cost: 18 mana, Turn Action Requirements: Sarah is not currently in combat. Maximum Targets: 1 Adjacent Area Description: By creating a powerful geyser of water from the ground, Sarah can lift herself into the air and observe the events of one adjacent area. ---Adjacent areas that are designated as high locations cannot be scouted using this skill. ---If the water level in the area is two or above, this skill costs no mana. -Rain Dance Rank: B Type: Support Properties: Water Elemental Cost: 25 mana, Turn Action Upkeep: 9 mana Requirements: Rain Dance is not currently active. Duration: 3 turns Maximum Targets: Entire Map Description: Sarah summons rain clouds to hover over the city, causing a downpour. While active, the water level in every area on the map increases by one. By sensing the changes in the falling rain in the area, Sarah is able to detect the presence of other players entering, preventing her team from being ambushed or surprise attacked. ---Can be canceled as a Free Action -Water Bullet Rank: E Type: Offensive, Magical Properties: Projectile, Water Elemental Cost: 5 mana Requirements: Can only be used once per turn Damage: 3 Physical Maximum Targets: 1 Description: A simple offensive technique. By taking the water from the surrounding atmosphere and forming it into a small sphere, Sarah can create a water bullet and fire it at enemies. ---If the water level in the area is one or above, the damage of this skill is increased by 50% and it can be used twice per turn. -Aqua Laser Rank: B Type: Offensive, Magical Properties: Ranged, Water Elemental, Piercing, Bleeding 3 Cost: 32 mana, Turn Action Requirements: The water level is two or above. Damage: 16 Magical [+10% Anti-Armor] Maximum Targets: 1-2 Delayable: No Description: A spiraling jet of highly compressed water that can pierce through shields and armor with ease. A master whose servant is hit by this skill can also be targeted, taking 50% reduced damage. ---Piercing: All armors, barriers and shields are ineffective against this skill. ---Anti-Armor: Deals more damage or gains special properties when used against armored targets.
