Questions: Elemental Shell upkeep is always paid by Variabilis even if it's on somebody else, right? Shock is really just one sub-rank? <_< Wing Slash -> Wing Stab -> Impale costs 33 * 3 - 30 = 69 AP? How exactly do Skill Slots work? The rules are freakishly vague here Can I transfer more mana than I regenerate? Does the Burning and Health Penalties of Suspended Flames apply to Berserker and Vari? "---Chaos is unable to replicate the personality of those she transforms into. Other players may detect something strange about Chaos during an interaction." - May meaning that they may not? On that note, transformations ARE limited only to people we've met, and Zerker can't transform into somebody irrelevant for lulz? If so that's lame imo but whatever Edit: Lamda, the way I'm reading it is that Elemental Shell picks an element, and then if the person protected by the shell is hit by that element, damage is reduced by half. they're passives that you equip. For example if a skill slot had the description "Increases health regen by 10%", the servant would gain that ability as long as the skill slot is equipped.

Yes. This however is pretty arbitrary. A servant wont be fooled if you have chaos transform into their master for example.
just people you've met. As for elemental shell, it changes the elemental property of half the damage. For example, if Berserker had elemental shell active on her and takes an attack that deals 50 damage to her, the elemental property of 25 damage can be changed. |

That's mean we should use Water Elemental Shells to reduce damage on Chaos I think.. Does Elemental Shells also affect non-elemental attack? How does cooldown work? If we use Dark Meteor on turn 5, then at what turn Dark Meteor is available to use again? |

Alright, I guess we should figure out where we want to go. I think that we should move to the Waterway and try to find an ally early. There's honestly no point in staying back and scouting right now, because that'll leave us the odd man out when it comes to alliances. And that just gets you killed. Edit: Ryo, is the only way to turn our Blank Slots into something usable by using Copy Slot? If so, aside from stealing the slots, how do we obtain the descriptions of the slots, other than trading/stealing them? Edited by Regaro, May 17 2011, 09:45 AM.

We should have stayed if we get alliance offer next time. I think Saber is Setsuna fro Negima but there are lots of characters which fit Saber's description so I'm not too sure. |

I see no reason we shouldn't answer it. The only thing they'll be able to get from it is transformations, which they can't do much about anyways unless they see it happen. I'll let you put the blue down on Saber. In the mean time, should we use a skill slot for Magical Plus until something else shows up that we want? |

From the looks of things, most skill slots won't be make-or-break, but they'll provide a nice boost if we get the right ones. Magical Plus is going to be a Third Subrank (14%) to Magic Attack, and it's going to negate a fourth rank (22%) off of Magical Defense. That's a lot. Ryo, refresh me on this. Only the largest subrank applies, right? (So Berserker's base MAA is effective 159%?) |

I'm talking to Baku right now (10:36:29) Baku: Team Caster has a lot of camping mechanics in our stat sheet, so I just wanted to inform you guys so if you plan any tactics, know that we will probably be sticking around the Waterway Think it's worth it to play our position and probable update focus to draw a couple teams? |

Maybe we should wait for public update first, I guess. If Caster is planning to stay in Waterway, the best strategy seems just wait there and then if 1-2 teams shows up, slaughter them. |

I forgot about map erasure. Waiting until few areas left would be boring though but eh. And I'm surprised Team Caster's water field doesn't reduce Fire damage. I hope nobody is fire resistant since that would be annoying. |

From what Baku told me (Which I think can be trusted at this point), the rain only affects some of Caster's stuff. And see, the problem with moving is that it'll require Saber and Caster to set their shit up again. We don't really have time for that, but our sheer advantage means it might be worth considering. |

My suggestion for next turn: Transfer all 74 mana to Zerker Vari's mana: 49 Berserker's mana: 228 Berserker's AP: 86 Upkeep for Flight (6 mana) Vari use Fairy Light to Zerker(and maybe Saber+Byakuei as well), 26 mana Wing Shield (26 mana, 15 AP) Repair (150 mana, +75 health to Zerker) Chaotic Flames*2 (24 mana, 50 AP) So Berserker should have 22 mana and 21 AP left at the end of turn. If we can't use Wing Shield next turn, then use another Chaotic Flame (and maybe pump more mana to repair) OR we could just escape using CS. >_> Those attacks from other areas are damn annoying.
