Description: A beautiful 19 year-old woman with long black hair and pale skin. Wears the black robe symbolizing a member of the Church’s Burial Agency.

Personality: Friendly and somewhat shy, except when acting in her capacity as a member of the Burial Agency; in that case, she becomes serious and businesslike. However, unlike most of her comrades in the Agency, she is surprisingly forgiving to those who have committed minor or unintentional trespasses, and is even willing to listen to apparent transgressors explain themselves. Her goal in the Holy Grail War is to cause the War to end.

Backstory: She has long been a loyal and dedicated member of the Church, who has recently gained much acclaim due to her success in the Burial Agency. Due to that success, she has been assigned to an extremely risky mission: infiltrate the War under the guise of a Master and use the power of the Holy Grail against itself. To aid her in doing that, the Church has granted her a special, magic-like skill through a rare artifact, and even summoned a special Servant for her as well.

Description: Absorbs latent mana in the area, increasing the supply of prana available to Tamiko.

- Gain 1 ‘Magic Counter’ each turn.


Name: Death Drain
Rank: C

Requirements: Death of Master or Servant in same area.
Description: Absorbs latent mana released upon a death, increasing the supply of prana available to Tamiko.

-Activates whenever a death occurs in Tamiko’s location.
-Gain 5 ‘Magic Counters’.
-Does not prevent the use of other skills that may affect dead Servants or Masters.


Name: Stamina Drain
Rank: A+
Type: Passive
Cost: 20 Health per Turn
Description: The user drains some of her health each turn and converts it into prana.

- Gain an additional ‘Magic Counter’ each turn.
- Can be freely turned off and on without cost.
- Tamiko does not regenerate while this skill is active.
- Skill automatically deactivates if Tamiko would be killed by its effect.


Name: Bolstering Aura

-Evil beings damaged by this skill are unable to move during this turn, and any movement will be cancelled.

-For every 2 levels of Radioactive a target possesses, the mana costs for all their skills (both usage and skill upkeep) increase by 1.

-If Chernobyl Radiation, the area is permanently affected, dealing Poison -/5 to everyone in it, except for Artillery; this effect lasts indefinitely, but this effect can only affect one location at a time.
-Those in the target location with A ACT or higher learn Artillery’s location.

-Whenever someone would gain a level in Radioactive, they instead gain 2 levels.
-Artillery takes 100% more damage while this skill is active.
-Each time Artillery uses this skill, she permanently gains a negative subrank in all stats; this subrank cannot be removed by any means.
-Duration of 3 turns.

So, is Blazing Star a long-range skill or only usable on a target in your immediate vicinity?

(new to the Grail Wars, haven't read a sheet before)

By default all skills can only target people in the same location, unless the skill specifies otherwise. There was a big fiasco about that issue in a previous War, so I made sure to specify that in the rules. So yeah, Blazing Star can't be used for long-range.
