"You could demonstrate it... if you put it back." He said and stuck his tongue out at Naomi, he smiled listening to her explain everything seeing her become increasingly happy. He scratched his neck and nodded, "Um... Not really no, but.. you never told me your past so I can't pick out what is and isn't truth." he scooted closer to her, waiting to have an explanation done for him.

He thought for several seconds, " I found something that makes her happy.. Pretty nice to see her so... ecstatic." he grinned while he was in thought looking at Naomi it would be a relatively awkward smile befoe he caught it and shook his head.

"It's also because I didn't make any lies excessively obvious. You don't need to know someone's background to be able to make assumptions on whether they're being dishonest. By the way, everything after the first sentence was a lie. I was never going to be forced to marry. Not to my knowledge, anyway. And I did have a dog, but her name was Molly, and I didn't take her with me. Now, if I had said I had a bear as a pet, that would have been less believable. The problem with a lot of liars is that they try to make their stories too extravagent, and they end up mucking it all up, either by forgetting details or making it entirely unbelievable," Naomi continued, smiling all the while.

"Now, lying often ties into begging. Like faking an injury to get medical supplies, faking poverty to get food and coin..."

"Intriguing, I didn't know that..." Azubah said he sat up and stared at Naomi intently listening to her, though he didn't plan to steal or really lie very much at all. Still it would further his own ends to do some of what she was teaching him. "That's something good to know though, it'll be easy to find when someone is lieing now." he rubbed his chin and tilted his head slightly and smiled at Naomi.

Naomi laughed and shook her head.

"Not if they're doing it right. Being a good liar doesn't mean you automatically can tell when someone is lying. It just makes the bad liars easier to detect."

She glanced up at the sky again briefly.

"We should get going. I don't want to get left behind."

Azubah nodded, "Ah okay well then it'll be easy to root out a bad liar." he laughed, "You can teach me how to steal soon to right?" he asked sticking his tongue out at her. "Ai alright then Lets go." he said getting up he held out his hand to Naomi, his right hand went up and itched the gash on his eye.

He looked over towards the Church, "It looks like the werewolves are gone." he said looking back at Naomi. He sighed, he was having a calming time; more or less anyways.

"Stealing is easy, if you don't want to go the stealthy root. Unfortunately, I'm not too great at picking pockets. That often requires deft hands and a silent step. The way I usually steal is to manipulate and beg. If that doesn't work, then I pull out my knife. If that doesn't work, I change into my half-wolf form. If that doesn't work, I run like hell," Naomi said with a laugh as she stood up.

"Really, I try my hardest not to hurt the victim, even if they deserve it. I sin, but I still want to get into Heaven, and I don't want to know what I'd have to do to get God to forgive a murder," she continued as she looked for a way off of the roof. She paced the edge, looking down for something to climb.

Azubah silently laughed bringing his right hand to his mouth in a fist, he closed his eyes and sighed. "Well we'll find out if I can do either in the near future won't we?" he asked this time the laugh was more audible. He stretched out, "I'd rather not worry about such things and just live until I die, though from what I've heard all you need to do is ask to be forgiven and you're forgiven for everything instantly." Azubah shrugged he didn't know much about religion and he didn't feel like he needed to worship someone in such a way.

"That makes no sense. That's too easy. I think the church has that part wrong. I think that God wants us to counter our sins by doing good," Naomi said thoughtfully, "If we didn't need to be good people to get into Heaven, and just had to be sorry people, then Heaven would be filled with people that I don't want to spend eternity with."

She sat down on the edge and started lowering herself down, but quickly decided that the fall was high enough to injure her. So she pulled herself back up again quickly and glared at the ground, as if it were responsible for the height of the building.

"I dunno about religion it controls the masses so easily... and there is no one to prove if heaven exists or not. I suppose it boils down to faith without paranoia?" Azubah scratched his right cheek for several moments before walking over to Naomi, he sighed and then smiled at her. "You know... I can help you down." he said offering her his hand once again, "You're trying to hop off the part of the roof that has only the ground below it, try going for another roof if you can, though you're a lycan a fall shouldn't break your legs..." he looked over the edge and stared at the ground for several moments then smiled.

"Well, as long as the fall won't break my legs, then I don't see why I'd bother jumping from roof to roof," Naomi said with finality.

Without waiting for a response, she jumped off the edge of the roof, so that her body was parallel with the ground. As soon as she hit the ground, she started rolling to minimize damage from the fall. The impact still took her breath away, but she managed to stand up and brush the dirt off, uninjured.
