Azubah moved closer to Naomi, "Could you get it for me please?" he asked attempting to wipe the blood away and failing on purpose. "Oh and a mistress is basically... huh I believe it would be like I'd be your sex slave or something rather... mostly I'll just serve you." He laughed closing his left eye waiting for Naomi to either wipe it away or say no. |

"I-I really don't want to touch anymore blood if I can help it," Naomi replied, sickened to her stomach by the sight of it, "I don't feel good. I'm so sorry. And I don't want a sex slave. I'm a virgin; what would I need one for?" With that, she silently laid back down, facing away from Azubah. The stress of the past two days was catching up with her; she needed to cry, but she'd be damned if she let herself do it in front of someone. |

Azubah smiled, "I assume it's that and I'm a virgin too, all the same in a manner of speaking I suppose it'd be a game a master and slave ish game. I'll simply give you the title Mistress." he laughed and placed his arm above his eye and wiped the blood from his eye. A large gash was seen going from top to bottom from the hair line to the end of the jaw bone. The wound was visibly moving it slowly did for a moment, and stopped. "So, I assume a Mistress is mostly a title, for one above another. It sounds like a fun little game to me why not? You can lay trust in me and have someone to consul with." he nodded for several seconds. |

"No, thank you," Naomi said firmly, "I do not want to play that game." She was increasingly distracted by his cut, however. Naomi looked at it, forced herself to look away, then looked at it again. "Um... You have a gash. From here," she said awkwardly, putting her finger up to her head and trailing it down to her jaw, "to here." |

"Oh yay... I didn't notice I got hit. I wonder when..." he said and shook his head, "Well I'm a relatively stubborn teen, but I suppose it's not much of a game if I want to be a person you can consul in. So how about i be your friend?" he offered Naomi with a smile, though he put his left hand up to cover the gash seeing how she was acting around such a thing. "I'll cover it up with my hand for now okay?" he said to her, his arm would eventually grow tired but, for now it was fine. |

"A friend is fine, and welcome. I don't think I have any of those, with perhaps the exception of the fox. I'm fond of that fox. And you really don't need to cover it, but it should be cleaned and bandaged. Do you have any bandages left?" Naomi asked, with slight concern in her voice. She wasn't incredibly worried, however; the boy seemed perfectly capable of taking care of himself. |

"Alright well then you're my first friend." he said with a laugh he moved his hand from his eye and looked at Naomi, "Are you sure? And... not really I used all my bandages on you. Hm, I need to buy some more supplies once I get paid." he said with a sigh remembering the reason why he even took a guard job to begin with. |

"Well, I'd typically steal any supplies I need. I promised that I'd be good and wouldn't steal anymore, but that doesn't mean I can't teach you to do it. Or you could beg. With all the werewolves and vampires that go about at night here, I doubt you'll find a place that's open and willing to sell supplies to you at this hour," Naomi suggested with a mischievous smile. "Huh," she added after a moment's silence, "I just thought of something. Alex and Max call me a 'good girl' when I do something that Alex likes. That's kind of strange. Why would they do that? I used to call my dog a good girl. I'm not a pet." Shrugging, she decided to dismiss it. Naomi laid on her side and looked up at Azubah, grinning. "So, how about it? Want to learn how to lie, beg, and steal? Pretty useful set of skills to have." Edited by Spooky, Mar 2 2010, 04:07 AM.

"This Alex sounds... your probably nothing more than a pet to him, but it's never been a bad thing. In some circumstances anyways." Azubah laughed grinning back at Naomi, "I suppose if you want to go and do bad things, shhh I won't tell if you don't." he said and stuck his tongue out at her. Azubah moved closer to her he bit his lower lip with a grin and moved his face really close to hers, then winked and moved back. "You'll have to demonstrate how to do these new skills though." he said with a rather mischevious laugh. |

"I can't demonstrate. I promised that I wouldn't, and I wasn't lying when I made that promise. But here's a lesson for you: tell a little truth with many lies. If you put a fictional spin on the truth, it's more believable than constructing a completely original story. It also works in the sense where if you tell the truth enough, you can get away with lying more," Naomi explained; she loved this topic of discussion. She grew increasingly more animated as she continued talking, with her eyes lighting up. "For instance, I was born in a small sheep-herding town. I ran away when I was nine because my parents had picked a suitor for me, and were going to force me to wed as soon as I was old enough. I took my dog, Janxie, with me. But she died of starvation within a few weeks; she was a sheepdog, and not a hunter, and simply could not survive on roots and berries like I could. I buried her, instead of eating her, which was a mistake because I nearly died myself when food became scarce. Now," she finished, smiling at the man, "can you tell me what was a lie, and what was truth?" |
