Ia. WHO ARE WE? (Kayfabe)
------------------------
Formerly Known as The Justice League- Er... ACW or - SWAT: ARIZONA used to be the newest Syndicate Wrestling and Tradition region. In 2006, Shane Michaels and Bryant Tanner started ACW in the hopes of bringing respect and tradition to the West Coast in SWAT. Legal issues, however, forced SWAT: Arizona to close shortly after it began. After taking a short break to once-more focus on their training school, Shane and Bryant now feel comfortable enough to give it another shot, this time with a new, and more cost-effective gameplan in effect.

Now known as Notorious Wrestling, or NW for short, will run in a more ECW-ish way, in that the occasional chair shot or "send your opponent through a table or two" spot wont result in an automatic disqualification. Thats not to say that massive chair shots and table spots will happen every show/match, but they'll probably happen.

Hey, we've only got a few refs, so the more chance we can save them from some head trauma by being "knocked out by -insert wrestler here-" the better they'll be able to do their jobs.

NW will also feature no count-outs. However, matches wont go too far outta the ring because the referee can and will stop a match at any given time for any given reason.

NW is owned by "Sensational" Shane Micheals and Bryant Tanner, and will run solely (atleast for now - see below) in the Great State of Arizona. Expansion may occur over time.

Ib. WHO ARE WE? (OOC)
------------------------
Hi, I'm Tim. Most people know me by the last name of my more famous characters- The Tanner clan. I've been EWrestling for over 11 years now, and have ran/co-ran three pretty successful feds in the past.

------------------------
2. RULES
------------------------
Standard sort of rules:
- Don’t use other characters/NPCs without permission.
- Original Characters only. No HBK or Rock clones, please.
- Rp for the match you're booked for or be jobbed to shit.
- If you are a reigning champion, you MUST defend your title. If you don’t RP, you’ll be jobbed and the title will move on (more stuff on titles in section VI)
- No complaining about booking decisions please. If there is a problem, everything can be discussed in a civilized manner.

Just remember, we’re all here to have fun, don’t rob anyone else’s experience.

------------------------
III. SHOWS
------------------------

HERE'S THE DEAL:

Season 3 is, yet again, going to be different from the previous two 'seasons.' I'm going to try to bi-weekly shows (though they'll probably end up being tri-weekly while I'm doing things on my own). However, because I'm the only one writing at the moment, until I get more writers to help out we'll be doing summarized shows with a fully written main event. Occasionally, when it suits us, I'll try to do "big" shows with fully written matches all around, but those will be rare. At least right now. Plus, it makes them mean more when they don't happen all the time anyways, right?

Rather than the closed flash hybrid of before, we'll be going with a traditional open flash promo thread on the boards. Yes, that means you can promo as much as you want, but keep in mind, we (me especially) are looking for QUALITY over QUANTITY. So while you can promo all your little heart desires, if your opponent only does one that's better than everything you posted, that person will win.

------------------------
IV. ROLEPLAYS
------------------------

Okay, I do have one main rule for roleplays in Notorious.

There is NO "On-camera, off-camera bs." None. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Every thing that happens in your promo happens on camera and is free reign. I don't care what you rp about, or how long your rps are, but keep in mind it's gotta keep me (and the other judges provided I get to that point) entertained.

The only exception to me not caring what you write about is this: Please at least attempt to make your rp logical. By that I mean, if you kill a guy in an rp and just blow it off in another segment, expect to see police show up at the show and arrest you for murder because things that happen in your novel fantasy "well its off camera so it's okay" world don't fly here. If you wanna write a novel, go write a novel. We're supposed to be here to read and write about professional wrestling.

I am not saying you can't be unrealistic. I'm not even saying you can't write about things other than wrestling. I have written some of the silliest, most unrealistic rps around, but they have all still always tied into both the wrestling aspect and the realism aspect in some way. Since I am the only judge at the moment, you're going to have to make me want to pick you to win the match. Adapt or perish and all that.

Other than that, and the usual general e-fedding rp rules (don't steal rps, don't mention 'real feds' etc) go bananas.

------------------------
V. TITLES
------------------------
ACTIVE - 1. The Notorious Trinity Tag Team Championships - This set of Six-Man Tag Team Titles will be the main titles for the time being. Any match held for the Trinity Titles will be held under Lucha Libre tag team rules. Should any member of a team leave the ring for whatever reason, any other member may replace him without a tag.

NOTE: This will be the only Active Title to start with.

CURRENTLY INACTIVE -

1. Notorious Heavyweight Championship- The main title, the top tier, the whole she-bang, The GCC is the top prize in Notorious Wrestling and will be won and defended by the best roleplayers.

2. The Arizona Television Championship- The Television title is what it's name suggests...a Title that will be defended on every TV show with a ten minute timelimit. The only exception to the "No count out" rule lies here. Normal wrestling rules apply for a TV title match, unless otherwise stated.

More titles may be added in time.

VII. STAFF
------------------------
Head of Operations: "Sensational" Shane Micheals.
Shane is the former owner of Xtreme Global Wrestling and a silent partner in the International Wrestling Association due to the merger of XGW with the UWA and IPW and to form the IWA. He is a multi-year veteran of the sport, although he only had a brief flash of "bigtime" through his time as an active wrestler in XGW. Since the merger of XGW and the close of IWA, Shane fell back on his degree in finance and has made a boatload of money playing the stock market. He now looks to get back into the Owners business of Wrestling.

Head Booker: Bryant Tanner

The eldest member of the Tanner family legacy, Bryant has traveled the world and back in a number of professional roles But his most notable role is and has always been as a professional wrestler. After years on the scene making his own mark, he decided to open up a wrestling school in his home town of Tucson where he hopes to continue training the brightest and best future stars around.

Commissioner - Jeremiah Young

The man once known as the Coolest Man on the Planet takes the reigns as Warden of the Notorious Wrestling asylum for Season 3. Though he is mostly retired from in-ring action nowadays, he will not hesitate to superkick you to death if you try anything funny with him.

Announcers-

Play-by-Play Commentator – Maxwell Smart (No Relation)

Max is a relative newcomer to the wrestling scene, but the ladies say his voice is smooth as silk and as a protege of our esteemed Commissioner the rookie announcer is sure to set the world of broadcast journalism on fire.

Color Commentator – "Professor" Brandon Young

Perennial Nextwave Sidekick and lifetime Tanner family friend, Brandon Young was so happy with the job he did as an Announcer on the ICWF Rain of Terror PPV, he begged Bryant to give him a shot as a full-time announcer. After much pestering, Bryant relented. As the Color Commentor, Brandon claims to be the "Professor," a 'scientific genius on all things wrestling. Whether he ACTUALLY knows all that he says is a different question entirely. But the fact stands that even through his goofy antics The "Professor" is a talented individual and a valued asset as the wrestler-turned-commentator role.

Ring Announcer – Freddy Vasquez.

-Former XGW Ring announcer.

Roving Reporter - Ross Carlyle.
-Ross "Rosco" Carlyle is the former PBP man of Ring Syndicate, SWAT and Notorious Wrestling Season 1. Ross is a hard nosed take no shit kinda guy who asks the tough questions, payback be damned.

Backstage Interviewer - "Kinda Ol" Mike Ross
-Mike Ross is the former XGW/SWAT Arizona PBP man. He has returned for NW Season 3 as one of two backstage interviewer/roving reporters. Mike is an old school type and likes to ask the hard hitting questions, but he's also a bit of a wimp and will cave to bigger, stronger, heel...er people who try to bully him.

Head of Security – "The Insurance Policy" Sully Park.
- A former Mob bodygaurd and club bouncer, Sully takes his job seriously, and doesn't take shit from anyone.

Head Referee – Jason "Smooth" Jones
-Jones is a tough as nails women loving playboy. He wont back down easily, but can be distracted by the occasional diva paying him some attention.

Referees -
Mike and Mark Maxim
Joe Somebody
Alex "Pacman" Jones
