Should the age be lowered? I'm under-age and when we have parties I drink...well...more than a beer or two, keep it at that.  What do you think? Most people now adays are drinking at 17, 16, even 14. |

I'm 15 and I don't drink at all, maybe that's because I have an alcohol abusing family. Even as an anti drinker I find that the drinking age really should be 18 down here in America =/. |

Yup it quite worthless to lower it, because kids will sneak it at a younger age. I'm 14 and I do shots once in a while and drink at parties but that's about it. |

At the age of 15 i was only Drinking the occasional Budweiser, but now I became 16, I have been partying like crazy, I had 11 Black Russians and Of my tits (so to speak  ).I only drink at parties or special occasions, I think that if someone is mature and can drink sensibly, then they can drink. |

Yeah, if somebody is mature enough to drink and not be stupid about it, why not? It just annoys me when you hear teens walking around saying "I iz guna get well pissed tonight!!!" |

I think the law's fine as it is. There is no reason to lower the age. I don't drink at all. And I think it's stupid that people who are 11, 15, 16 are drinking :\ |
