Where any person can post notices, announcements, or big pieces of personal news. Admins will post major site announcements here, and this is the place for members to notify everyone else if they're leaving for a while.

If you're new to Noctis Regno, this would be the place to introduce yourself to those who have already established themselves in the community. This way, you get to know some of the forums most helpful and familiar faces, people who will be willing to aid you should you need it, and we all get to know a bit about you.

The place for any and all canon information regarding the site. Amongst other things, you'll find dossiers on the races, nations, and other organizations of the RP. You can even submit your own canon documents if you're feeling up to it.

The capital of Selesia, Revenant is a city full of decadent pleasure. There is something within for every taste and pleasure, should you wish to visit one of the many upscale brothels, or gorge yourself on all sorts of exotic meals in one of the city's "slaughter houses." Everything about vampiric life appears to be about pleasure, with even the most rigid politicians being wanton playboys.

The capital city of Degares, the demonic oligarchy. It is here that the demonic Kings and Queens make their residence, the city being little else than a giant amalgamation of castles, citadels, and more modern fortresses. There is nothing about the city truly meant for lesser demons or outsiders: there are no shops, no hotels, no business establishments of any true kinds. It is entirely a paradise for the demonic Monarchs, from which they can rule and be pampered without interference from their lesser cousins.

The Terrene City, Elysion is a magnificent testament to the aesthetic, architectural, and magical ability of the Angels. The city floats nearly a mile above Lake Puteulanus, the water of the lake being the lifeblood of the city; magically rising from the lake, a giant column of lake water fuels a river cutting through the city, returning to it's source through three smaller waterfalls cascading over the sides of the floating metropolis. With all of this clean fresh water, the city has dozens of parks and groves that not only beautify, but also offer all sorts of private escapes for the people of the city. Beyond all of the this, the main feature of the city is the center of the Empyrian government: the towering Seraphim Palace.

Kartik is the capital city of Xolotus, a bustling coastal center of commerce and government. Ever since the time of the Tribus Primoris, Kartik has always been the capital of the dominant Therian tribe. Keeping this in mind, it is no surprise that scattered amongst the brick apartments and marble government offices there still lie ancient mysteries and secrets.

The capital of the Lich Kingdom of Lungentum, Feconuivre is nestled between three rivers. Indeed, water seems to be the main theme of the city. Canals web their way throughout along the streets, with large and elaborate fountains in every plaza and square, in front of every large building or gathering place. The Lich very much enjoy their grandeur, and the city that is a testament to their ability to conquer one of the Divine Elements.
