You can't build those crazy daemon spires there. We already have a contract for a new 100,000,000 floor Hive Complex, its quite nice.

"Sons of our father, stand in midnight clad. We bring the night."
"This is Sevatar to the fleet. Let me be clear, brothers and sisters. I am not losing to these pious, honour-fuelled, frock-wearing whoresons twice in the same month. Focus all fire on the Invincible Reason. They crippled our primarch. Let's return the favour."

*Looks to see the hive turned into said daemon spire* Oh come on, this is why we can't have nice things.

That depends on your definition of 'nice'.

Yeah. I mean the Slaanesh quarter is fun close by to a great night life and lots of trendy bars and 24hour all you can eat buffets.
The Tzeentch quarter has some great schools, academies, and its near the political centre. .. Your kids go to school and come back in the evening with knowledge beyond compare.
Nurgle quarter is a bit of a dive though... scummy disease riddled puss hole... bit like Manchester.
And well the Khorne Quarter.... Its society... but not influenced by the political correctness and that wet liberal freedoms lot...

We are Death, the bringers of despair.
... I resent the fact that my army has to live in Manchester. That's just not fair, man.

I had a nosey through the Faction Objectives, they all seem fairly reasonable. The only issue will be that we'll need to work out a multiplier factor for the forces that are under-represented (I can probably talk my Tau buddy into joining, but he'd have a hard time fighting like, 12 different Space Marine armies across the sector). There'll need to be something present to boost peoples scores if they're outnumbered.

Have you thought about giving each army access to a fleet? That could be cool.
As well as that, it may be a cool idea to give each player an objective, something that remains secret to all others. That way, there can be a clear and distinct victor at the end, not just one whole team.Thoughts?

Yeah but if we get loads join we can't possibly keep up with the book keeping if every player had an objective.
You may notice the under represented races have a less intimidating primary objective, given what the Imperial Primary objective is.
If the Imps wage war against the Xenos then they loose ground elsewhere. Its a balancing act. While Chaos and Imperials have more wide ranging objectives.

Trying to come up with balanced objectives where the Xenos are somewhat cushioned from too big an offensive is why its taken me so long to do. I may adjust the points however.

Each faction will get 'Acts of War' events to play during the course of the campaign.

Also all of the objectives will be secret, as will the acts of war. Only the faction will know what their objectives are.
(Except those sneaky Eldar seers who know everyones primary objectives. )

I am also considering adding a Battlefleet gothic zones on each planet.

Me thinks I actually won't be able to play in the campaign as I know of no one who would do this with me who also lives close to where I live...

I would just write up a battle report for any friendly game you are going to play. Take pictures, take notes. Let the guy know what you are doing, maybe he will join, maybe he won't. Either way you can make your battle report :D. And if that guy is like "NO! You can not chronicle this game! Meh!" Then oh well, write it anyways :P
