The Fight for Progress With changing times and drastically changing political climates, the High Council of Ferramos has decided to invite a few of its neighbors and prospective allies to a gathering in Patria during the October of 1914. The High Council has requested that officials who are not diplomats attend this event in political interests. The gathering shall be heavily monitored and the gathering shall only allow admittance to those of the nations invited to the event. With this, the Ferrian government ensures the security of the dignitaries in his country and has gone as far to offer armed escorts for the officials while inside of Ferrian borders. Attending these proceedings will require a vow of secrecy from each of the parties attending. The High Council has seen fit to invite the following nations and the respective members of their government; The Empire of Calarius: His Imperial Majesty, Maric Augustus II and Frederick Nerva. The Serene Republic of Bithynia: Senior Consul of Bithynia, Dominus Varro and Hadrianus Vitellius. Kingdom of Wikotia: King Nicolo XI. |

Maric Augustus II, Emperor of the Calari, intended to be among the first to arrive. Likely in his usual regal pomp in company of military officers. In wake of his interest, the famous Calari general, Frederick Nerva, made preparation for the gathering of leadership that would take place by the following season. It was a curious affair, the young Emperor, never the one to waste away within Motre Calaria, had to accept the Ferrian invitation. It was within his interest to personally see what was so secretive for himself.
