The Republic of Jirobia would like to thank the nations of Amador who have chosen to allow our two people, the Sultan and ourselves, to deal with this matter alone. |

The Sultan has noted the Jirobian blockade and denounced his recognition of Jirobia as a nation. The Sultan believes that barbarians such as the Jirobi who can not lay down their arms after their people have been returned to them and the ultimatum withdrawn are not men, but beasts. The Sultan has requested the Jirobi keep at least some part of their honour intact and cease their blockade before they start an international war. The Sultan has made no move to break the blockade but he can not be responsible for numerous foreign citizens and expeditions inside his city if supplies can not reach them. It is only a matter of time before Jirobia murders those foreigners with their blockade. |

The Republic of Jirobia is willing to lift the blockade as long as the Sultan refrains from interacting with Jirobian affairs in any way. Though he may denounce our fair and proud people as mere barbarians, we have honor and strength enough to look away from this. The Sultan must pledge to never attempt and bribe a foreign power to strike at Jirobia. We will leave the Sultan in peace if he will leave Jirobia in peace. |

The Republic of Bithynia currently has a 176 ship naval fleet in the port of Dahar al Haliim. If the Jirobian Navy does not immediately lift the blockade and peacefully step back to the negotiating table without such brute and tribal shows of force, it shall be considered an act of war and we will open fire upon the Jirobian Fleet. You have one week to agree to these terms. Signed; Hadrianus Disius, Prefectus Praetorio, Supreme Prefect of the Classis |

The Republic of Jirobia will lift the blockade under these conditions, however, we will not agree to any further terms. This is a mutual agreement, relations may have been damaged, but at least this way we can maintain our honor and strength as well as our good nature. The blockade will be lifted swiftly. Signed, President Markaly Head of Foreign Affairs, Jaboi Minister of Defense, Hoisy |
