The Republic of Bithynia would like to point out that, if the Jirobian Government is implying that it intends to launch any sort of military movements against Dahar Al Haliim, the Sultan's territory represents one of the largest commercial, economic, and political hubs of the world. The city's population is incredibly large, and multiple nations operate military, economic, and progressive scientific ventures from the area. To act against these accusations in a manner of hostility would due a gross injustice to the voice of diplomacy which has done so much good for the world. We implore you to avoid hasty military movements. It would be a gross mistake to avoid diplomacy in such a solvable situation as this.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that Dahar Al Haliim is one of the central military hubs of the world. To attack a city where so many mercenaries find freedom to gain employment under the Sultan's reign would be, candidly, military foolish.

Under the implications of war with the Sultan of Dahar al Halim the Ferrian government would like to issue the statement that the Sultan is an important economic ally to the Ferrian people. The High Council has announced that the Greater Ferrian Empire shall guarantee the independence of the people of Dahar al Halim and any hostile acts against the Sultan will be considered a declaration of war. Along with this, should the Jirobi people harm or kill any citizens from other countries it would give such a nation sufficient reason to denounce Jirobia and declare war on them.

The Republic of Jirobia has issued a message for the nations of Amador,

"The Republic of Jirobia handles their affairs with foreign powers with proper force. The Sultan of Dahar has forever shamed our people and has made an act of war against Jirobia! Regardless of the safe return of our citizens. To denounce Jirobia's right is to allow the Sultan further control over Amador. What is he if not a villain? We have no ill-will against any save for the Sultan, he must pay for what he has done to Jirobia. We demand that the Sultan answer for his crimes against our people."

The Republic of Bithynia stands with the Ferrian Empire in stating that no hostile acts against the Sultan shall be tolerated. All of the demands set forth by the Jirobian Government were formally accepted, and all citizens returned. The current trend of Jirobian "diplomacy" is an act of not only gross imbecility and immaturity, but blatant and senseless aggression. We shall not allow our ally in Dahar al Haliim to be intimidated by senseless threats of violence.

The Empire of Nipay denounces the Jirobian threats. We have remained silent on the issue, but with the threat of War against the Dahar al Halim, Nipay shall break its silence. The Sultan has released the Jirobian citizens, and there is no warrant for war. The Empire of Nipay hereby establishes it will be supporting the Sultan in case of a direct attack by Jirobia.

The Federated States of Lumecia has announced that so long as this affair remains between Dahar and Jirobia alone that it will practice a policy of strict neutrality. In an effort to avoid such conflict however, the FSL has announced it's offer to host and mediate talks between the Jirobians and the Sultan if both parties are willing to accept New Breighton as a possible location for summit.

Until such time as these discussions have been concluded, or similar discussions have been concluded elsewhere, the Lumecian government will hold either party in contempt if it becomes the aggressor in this issue.

The Federated States of Lumecia has however also demanded that such blatant threats of hostility be better considered in the future. Threats upon Jirobia constitute a threat on the entirety of the Lumecian Quadrumvirate, and the member states assembled here would do well to remember that. The FSL at the very least, will most certainly remember these gestures when implenting future policy.

The position of the Federated States of Lumecia is noted and dutifully respected. However, the Republic of Bithynia will be dispatching a fleet of ships to ensure that a state of peace is kept by the Jirobian Government. We hope that a conflict can be diverted, and would be more than willing to see both Jirobia and Dahar al Haliim come to an agreement. Furthermore, we fully respect the rights of those two sovereign countries to negotiate their own independent peace, yet at the same time will remain in Xan until our ally, the Sultan, has deemed his safety secured.

Orders have been sent to the fleet to remain entirely non-hostile unless threatened with hostile actions. We are absolutely committed to the maintenance of peace, and respect all claims of the Lumecian States to Lumecian lands. Yet the security of the Sultan's sovereign territory in Xan remains his own business, and so long as our presence is requested we shall remain in place.

The FSL will respect the Sultan's sovereignty and officially guarantee his independence from foreign rule. It is however, in the mind of Lumecian statesmen, most appropriate that Jirobian and Dahar officials resolve this affair in a mutually acceptable fashion rather than let opposition simmer.

The Athlonian government will adopt a stance of neutrality and non-intervention in this situation. Furthermore, we encourage all third parties to remain uninvolved, as this situation is between Jirobia and the Sultan.

The Republic of Renaissance wishes to adopt a neutral stance in this matter. We hope that this matter could be resolved not by force, but through means which will ensure that a compromise is reached and peace is ensued in both nations.
