Economic Map Please Note: - Each unit represents a major center of a certain economic sector. - If your country does not have a unit of an economic sector, it means that your nation produces little of that (not necessarily none). Economic Sectors explained: - Agricultural Foodstuffs: grains, rice, potatoes etc. Mainly large-scale in nature and can be used for export or subsistence. - Agricultural Cash Crops: either large-scale plantations such as coffee, spices, oil palm, or market gardening for produce such as flowers. - Industrial Raw Materials: refers to the extraction and processing of raw materials like iron and tin in mines. - Industrial Manufacturing: light industries like textile factories, food canneries, production of consumer durables, etc. - Industrial Heavy/Machinery: heavy industries such as refineries, equipment and weapon production, etc. - Industrial High-Tech: refers to research laboratories for specialised industries such as radio, sonar, etc. - Services Commercial: warehousing, transport companies, major traffic center. - Services Financial: banks and stock exchanges.
