Whenever a storage fuuinjustu is used, the contents will spill out on top of the storage seal. With this jutsu the user will expel the the contents at a speed of 4, up to 10 yards away.

Prerequisite: User must possess a wire
By holding onto the wire, the user is able to use the wire how s/he wants. However, this is restricted to very basic movements, such as up, down and returning back to the user. These movements are created through skillful flicks of the wrist. The wire used in this technique may not exceed 6 meters in length or it will be too long to control properly in this fashion.
