Personality Yuuta, for the most part, is an enigma. The samurai tends to stick between truth and lie, telling half-truths and half-lies at any occasion, letting people react to what's said, using the information in any way that he can. While he has a habit of making people mad, both through the use of his [Negativity] and his words, the male really doesn't have any feelings one way or another. It's just a game to be won or lost, but preferably won.
One thing that Yuuta loves, though, is information. Knowing that leaving his village left the chance for him to get famous in the eyes of the Great Five Villages, there were multiple things that he would need to do. The first would be to know how to kill. While it was still weird for him to even attempt to do so, he tried to make due, learning to figure out different types of weaponry whenever he could. Because of this, killing another person can be done at the flip of a hat, even if he was calmly talking just a few seconds prior.
Lastly, the way that Yuuta words things is never what one would consider normal. To most people, he always seems to have a hint of sarcasm in his voice, even if for the most part it is monotone. Those that try to interpret what he says have a habit of getting lost along the way, not knowing if he was meaning to act like he was telling the truth, a lie, or an insult.

History Growing up in the ruins of Kusagakure no Sato, Yuuta worked most of his life. Not really getting an exact childhood, his parents forced him to help with the reconstruction efforts as soon as he learned to walk. Without any special ninja training, he had to rely on brute force, rather than cheap tricks that were known as ninjutsu. Because of such, whenever he saw a ninja, there was a nagging feeling within him that made the boy angry.
This seed of anger slowly creeped up whenever he heard of ninja, making the young boy a bit jaded, especially in a world where the ninja villages were as strong as they were, sapping away funds that could go towards other villages, such as Kusagakure no Sato.
Not ever wanting to be behind the times, Yuuta always strived for more, trying to learn whatever he could from the ninja that passed through the pseudo-village that was Kusa. While most ignored his requests or just showed him a useless jutsu. A few, however, showed him much, much more. With their help, he became much more attuned to what ninjutsu was, even if barely. However, his life was completely changed whenever he first met a ninja that utilized genjutsu.
While the ninja was pretty nice to the boy, loving that the kid was a natural sponge, Yuuta was much, much different. Taking a few weeks, he began to become paranoid about anything and everything. What was real? What was fake? Was he in a genjutsu? This thought process haunted him, since the ninja that visited didn't give any information on how to get out of the illusionary arts, giving him an even more phobia of illusions, especially with the levels that they were able to do.
Months passed since the genjutsu ninja came, with the thought removing itself from Yuuta's brain as he continued the reconstruction efforts. Eventually, he met with Yuki, who started to form a crush on him. They started to work together more and more, as the village neared the completion that let more of the inhabitants move in and settle down, even if the scrolls for ninjutsu were lost.
After a few weeks of working together, Yuki asked Yuuta out, since from her views, the two were getting along very well and her crush had developped into something a lot more substantial. Yuuta told her that he would think about it and get back to her the next day. During that night, the boy mused over what was happening, then he remembered the existence of genjutsu. Was he getting played by her? was the love that he had for her real? Was she really who she said she was? Being already in a mindset that wasn't completley stable, he broke. It shouldn't have happened, and probably wouldn't happen to many others, but as most geniuses tend to be a tad bit crazy to start with, it didn't take much for Yuuta to finally snap. As the moon was still up in the air, he snuck into Yuki's house, checking to make sure nothing was amiss in any way. Seeing her body sleeping put his mind a bit at ease, while making him a bit happier. The sight of her was soothing and made him happy. Was this real? She could just be an illusion created by someone to trick him! But they didn't last that long, did they? But he didn't know... Bringing out the ropes that he brought with her, he started to tie her to her bed before finally taping up her mouth. Yuuta was very careful with each and every action, making sure not to wake her from her slumber. He had to test it. He had to make sure he wasn't inside of an illusion!
Taking out the knife from his backpack, Yuuta started to run the knife along her skin, causing a tad bit of bleeding to the sleeping girl in front of him. It didn't take too long before the girl awoke, staring at amazement for a second before taking note of the situation. She wasn't an idiot and immediately saw that she was in danger. Struggling against her bindings, Yuuta realized that she was finally awake and started to panic. Taking his knife, he started to stab her. The boy didn't know why, but he only knew that she could still be a fake! He didn't want to love an illusion.
Love was for real people!
As he finally stopped his rampage, Yuki was already long dead and had probably died at the fourth stab to her chest. But that didn't stop Yuuta. No, not even close. Quickly packing up supplies, the boy left Yuki's house, leaving the now-corpse behind, all 37 stab wounds included.
Running away, he panicked. He didn't know what to do. Would his parents find out? He had told them that he was going to get something from Yuki's house.
Stupid.
They would tell people!
He had no choice. Going back to his house, hoping to get his duty done before Yuki's parents awoke, Yuuta took his knife over his parents' heads. There wasn't much rage or direct panic here. He had a duty to make sure that he would be safe! Slitting their throats, he knew that this wouldn't solve anything else. People would catch on! He had to run. Packing up, he then ran from Kusagakure no Sato, hopefully never to return to the village.
As the years passed, he started to do whatever it took to survive, eventually becoming a bounty hunter. Though the bounties that he collected were very, very weak ninja, he still tried to learn as much as he could about the villages and killing. One of his targets was much stronger than the contractor had stated. As he tried to assassinate the woman, she easily caught on to what he was doing. While there wasn't much that he could do, especially with someone that much more powerful than him, he eventually submitted.
Rather than kill the boy, she saw potential. The ninja's name was Shuudoushi Isami. She was from Sunagakure no Sato and was a very established medical ninja, or at least what she told Yuuta. The truth was much more twisted than what she gave on, which Yuuta was only able to catch bits and pieces, but not even close to the full story.
The experimenting carried on for weeks upon weeks as Yuuta was barely able to do anything at all, but instead tried to ask what she was doing to him, but the only information that she gave out was that she wanted to expand the abilities of her bloodline. While Yuuta didn't know what this meant, it was the only information that she gave him and it would have to do.
The final day of this mix of torture and improvement was very weird to the boy. He awoke to see nothing. All the equipment that he was used to was gone. Isami was gone and nowhere to be seen. He was alone and by himself. No one was there.
Yuuta eventually found himself, traveling throughout the lands, eventually meeting up with Ayuma, a missing ninja. The two quickly became friends, with Yuuta starting up [The Pack], to find the source of his negativity.

| Tooth of Appeasement | - The Tooth of Appeasement is a bastard sword-like weapon used by Yuuta. In total, the blade is 5 feet long, but ends in a complete stop, making it poor for thrusting through anyone or anything. The sword itself has a massive handle guard, too, allowing Yuuta to freely swing the sword without worrying about his own hands being damaged. Currently, Yuuta is unable to use the Tooth to its full power, only using it as a standard sword, for now.
| | Scales of Reprisal | - Not a full set of armor, the Scales of Reprisal are a dual set of armor worn by Yuuta. Rather than a full set, the armor is composed of two gauntlets, a breastplate, and two greaves. Underneath all of this, however, is a black body suit, completing the set. The armor is very durable, due to the armor's special ability, along with its own making. It also is very heavy, lowering a person's speed by X, where X is 10 minus that person's strength stat.
The armor's special ability allows it to absorb and then release damage in the form of an outward explosion. Each rank of this needs a jutsu associated with it, where the specifics are described.

- The Beginning of Torment

Much like the Yokatsugan before him, Yuuta has an evolved trait, due to the experimentation on his body. Even though he has no noticeable traits around him, he constantly projects an aura around his body, as defined by his highest ranking [Entering Sanity] jutsu. Most people are able to feel the air 'darken' and despair whenever around him. While in the area of his aura, people will start to remember memories from their past. The effects differ from person to person, but they will remember any negative memories that they have, ranging from sad, depressing, angry, or other volatile memories. The degree that this affects the person, and their ability to shrug it off is based off of their with versus Yuuta's wit. Those with lower wit are not able to shrug the effects off at all, succumbing to the memories being shown. This ability causes a constant drain on Yuuta's stamina, effectively leaving him with one less [Stamina] than normal.

An evolution of Yuuta's negativity aura, the missing nin has found a way to give the negativity its own sentience. By molding the essence of negativity chakra for a straight two hours, he can cause it to 'form' into a semi-sentient being. This being is treated as a summon and will always look the same, no matter what altercations are done to it. This allows the summon to have the ability of [Possession].

Due to the build up of Negativity inside of Yuuta's body from [The Beginning of Torment], and along with his increased chakra levels working together, the negativity chakra evolved into a new form. Every other week, Yuuta is forced to call upon the inner negativity, else it will force itself out, forcing him to use his highest ranking [Entering Ailment] jutsu. If this happens, the process is much more painful than voluntarily using it. When used, this jutsu transforms his body into a much more feral form, as shown in the [Entering Ailment] jutsu.
While in any of the forms, this removes Yuuta's [Entering Sanity] jutsu that are active. After using the jutsu, Yuuta is unable to call upon it for a minimum of two days.

| Shinden Kenjutsu is a style originating in Marsh Country that emphasizes heavy and damaging slashes from positions that allow flexibility and focus. Typically the user will draw their sword and then lift it over their shoulder or head, in a downward slashing angle to allow for gravity to act as an enhancer for the blow and because of this, heavier swords such as nodachi or odachi are typical fare for the style but the moves can be done with a katana. This style also emphasizes firm and powerful body movements to deal with the lack of blade defense afforded by the stance assumed. | Shinden Kenjutsu | | Utilizing his quick wits and training around people, combined with [The Beginning of Torment], Yuuta has massive skills in regards to charisma and persuasion. Swordplay - Shinden Shinden • Hold
D-Ranked Taijutsu
Holding the hilt of the sword in his left or right hand, Yuuta balances the blunt of the blade on his other hand, with the tip in the ground, as he kneels on the ground. This stance increases his blocking strength by +1, but decreases his ability to move from this spot by -1 speed. This takes half a post to get into position and brace for impact, but can be cancelled fairly easily with jutsu, but otherwise takes half a post to cancel.

Prerequisite: In the Shinden • Hold stance
While in the stance, Yuuta twists his body, swinging his sword around him, using his pure strength to spin the blade completely around his body, using the momentum and force to attempt to knock the opponent off of their feet. This cancels the Shinden • Hold stance prematurely.
Shinden • Reverse Turning Kick
D-Ranked Taijutsu
Starting with a normal snap kick, the user attempts to get the opponent to dodge to either side of their body. If they do so, the user then pivots their body on their remaining leg, moving his leg towards the opponent that dodged, getting the kick in through other means.

Prerequisite: Shinden • Hold stance
While in the Shinden • Hold stance, Yuuta pushes both of his feet forward, pushing the blade forward as well, as he stands up during this slight rush. This can surprise opponents, due to the speed and strength changing back to normal, along with the blade being thrust into their view. This cancels the Shinden • Hold stance.
Shinden • Cutting Whirlwind

While in the normal Shinden stance with his blade above his head, Yuuta spins his body around, letting his blade follow, spinning it around his body, as he stops, letting the blade and his hand continue around one more time, switching hands in the process, letting him deal massive damage to anyone caught in the blade's way.

Doing a slight jump with his sword behind him, Yuuta swings his sword down using both hands, hopefully crashing into a target. Using the form that he already has upon landing, he kneels down, and assumes the Shinden • Hold stance.

Swinging his sword around, Yuuta aims a low thrust at the opponent's lower section, pushing foward as he strikes. If he chooses, he can end this technique in the Shinden • Hold stance.

Prerequisite: 5 Strength
Lifting their sword above their head the user of this technique drives it down in one fluid motion with their blade aimed to slash through or into whatever they are attacking. The force of this technique is amplified by the fact that their stance is aimed to enhance muscle tension and torque, allowing them to make the single slash a very powerful one.

Prerequisite: 5 Strength
While the basic techniques of Shinden revolve around heavy slashes from standing positions this technique is about harnessing the same destructive potential while moving. Rushing at a foe quickly, the user slashes in a downward motion in order to maintain momentum. The sword is typically swung from right to left or from left to right instead of straight down, the attack usually stopping at waist level to keep from potentially stumbling. While less destructive than some Shinden techniques, it still retains utility in battles of movement.

Prerequisite: 5 Strength
A technique designed to interrupt foes; the user pulls their hands up on their sword to expose more of the hilt while in typical Shinden stance. Once an opponent comes within range, the user yanks the hilt down in a smashing manner against the foe or a similar target. Afterwards, the user follows with a less damaging downward slash at a foe, making this effective for surprise purposes.

This is a footwork based technique. By keeping a stance where the feet are as far apart as the shoulders, the user kicks forward with their rear foot, sliding their first foot along the way. At the same time, the user pulls their rear foot back to the same spot, allowing the user to keep in their fighting stance, while gaining ground towards the opponent.

Normally, when a swordsman's back is facing a target, it is a very vulnerable position. This jutsu helps lessen the negatives of such. Whenever a strike comes from the back, if Yuuta knows about it, he will place his sword behind him, using one of his feet to balance the sword and preventing his own sword from cutting his own back.

Prerequisite: 5 Strength
With a stance shift, the user quickly draws their weapon to their waist with the blade facing away from their body. The user then delivers a quick and brutal horizontal thrust forward, followed by a slice, inspiring its name by cutting down unwary opponents. The technique is defensive in nature, allowing the user to guard with the intent to counter.

Through lots of training, Yuuta has gained a much deeper sense of his own body and physical reactions. Because of such, as long as his wit is higher than the speed of something noticeable, he is able to deny his own involuntary reactions, stopping him from wasting any unwanted movement.

Prerequisite: Shinden • Hold stance
While in the Shinden • Hold stance, Yuuta pushes the blade up with his non-sword holding hand, then uses his other hand and his body to twist the blade upwards, forcing the blade to cut up vertically on the target, with his full body power into the swing. This cancels the Shinden • Hold stance.

C-Rank Kenjutsu
Prerequisite: 7 Strength
The user slams the blade of their sword into the ground and then slashes sideways creating a fairly deep deep crater, around five inches, in the ground in front of them, kicking up a splash of rocks and dust to blind and harry foes. The user then lunges into their foe with an attempt to knock them over or slash at their legs. Foes with at least equal Strength to the user can avoid being knocked over and can maintain ground, preventing the follow-up slash.

C-Rank Kenjutsu
Prerequisite: 7 Strength
Leaping up off the ground in any Shinden stance, the user draws their blade down and creates a powerful overhead slash which doubles as a defensive movement, the user capable of moving the sword to displace weight and momentum to change direction if needed. With this technique, the user can also form heavy slashes on uneven or unstable terrain without dependancy on solid ground.

B-Ranked Taijutsu
Whenever fighting an opponent with armor, Yuuta can utilize this technique. Thrusting forward, Yuuta aims to get a hit against the armor in. As the hit goes forward, he places his free hand's palm on the pommel of the sword, then twists his entire arm and hand, letting the sword 'drill' into the target, letting it pry into armor.

While in the normal Shinden stance, Yuuta uses his full might and brings the sword down, grabbing it with his second hand as it reaches an apex over his head. Using his other hand, he swings the sword down with all of his might.

With one free hand on his sword, Yuuta grabs it and slices upwards, attempting to cut a target vertically. Then, he almost immediately uses his free hand to grab it and force it back down into the target, if they were hit. Then, he pulls the blade up and off of the target, before slamming it back down again. To most normal people, this is a direct kill.

Basing entirely on pure power, Yuuta jabs his sword directly into the targets gut. If this succeeds and goes through, Yuuta uses his strength to shift his hold on the sword and bring it over his head, with the target still attached, then slams them onto the ground. D-Ranked Taijutsu
Prerequisites: 6 Wit
Personal space is not just a measure of distance. Utilizing a few basic rules, Yuuta is able to 'invade' someone's personal space, without them feeling invaded. This involves basic methods, such as lowering his voice whenever too close to someone, leaning back or backing up, standing at a different angle, or just simply not facing them directly. Because of Yuuta's wit, he is able to accurately judge what is needed in order to change each of the factors of 'invasion' to slip right in. Those that are naturally defensive of everything already in their personal space area, however, are lsss affected by this jutsu.

A basic eye and mind training technique. Whenever concentrating on a subject, Yuuta is able to zone in on the person he is communicating with, making it completely, yet not overly obvious that he is paying attention to them. Because so few actually have this skill, it can make people focus directly on him, giving the feeling that Yuuta and the person are the only ones there. This isn't to say that he does it in a way that's unnatural or creepy, just with a caring intent.

Facial expressions are something that is very important in communication. Through training, Yuuta is able to keep neutral expressions and a 'soft gaze' upon a target, letting him feel more open, rather than inherently dangerous or would need to be avoided.

Rather than just think to lie, the art of deception comes very easily to Yuuta. To him, lying is almost the exact same as telling the truth, with a lie following a truth without a single beat missed. This allows him to not fall for standard lie detectors, even while lying about the most obvious things. Skilled lie detectors are able to figure out which is a lie or not, if they have equal or more Wit than Yuuta.

Prerequisite: 7 Wit
Due to Yuuta's skill at lying to others, he has worked his words into fabricating lies that are sort of believable. By fudging little pieces of a story, even one in the person's own history, Yuuta is able to help cause doubt in someone's own memory or perception. While this can't be used too often, due to the inherent nature of lying. Of course, this really depends on the person themselves. If the person's memory is strong enough, then this is easily ignorable. Since Yuuta glosses over information, though, it is hard to pick up.

Being a master liar himself, Yuuta has developed himself into being a lie detector as well. As long as he has more wit than the target, Yuuta is able to discern truth from falsehood by watching their body language and voice inflections. If the target truely believes the lie, as Yuuta himself sometimes does, however, this doesn't do anything. Other Taijutsu [Mistaken Opinion]

By feigning a fall or mistake, Yuuta then uses the opponent's brief moment of hesitation (or action) to attack (or counterattack), usually in the form of a sweep, or suddenly catching himself and going on the offense/defense.

In combat, it's normally best to wait to see what your opponent can do, then strike back. This jutsu takes advantage of that line of thought. Whenever an opponent attacks Yuuta with an attack, he waits a bit to analyze the attack, then dodges at the last second. By training this, it can almost appear as if the boy gets hit by the attack, while in reality, it was well within his dodging frame.

Living in the areas of Kusagakure no Sato, Yuuta has accustomed himself to watch out for anything that he would step on that would cause him to trip up. Because of such, he is able to run at normal speeds while still watching out and evading things that would get in his way.

C-Ranked Taijutsu
Utilizing his quick wits and his decent taijutsu skills, Yuuta is able to use many different items as if they were weapons. This can range from bar stools, plants, to almost anything else imaginable. Not only can he utilize them, but after a few posts of using the weapon, he is able to become accustomed to the weapon.

Since weapon based techniques are very capable of dealing massive amounts of damage to an unarmed participant, a fist fighter has to make sure to keep track of an opponent's movements. By watching the opponent's upper body movements, the user is able to see an attack from a weapon from the opponent's upper body. Yuuta still has to rely on his speed and taijutsu ability to dodge, but this allows him to do it at a much more consistent rate.

Basic Ninjutsu *[Clone Technique]E-Ranked Bushinjutsu After completing a set of three handseals, the user forms a slight chakra 'body', thus creating a single, massless clone. The clone created from this technique is very basic and will dissipate when hit with anything. These clones do not possess vital signs or a chakra signature, meaning they don't disrupt the environment, and anything on their person is superficial. The clone has 1 in each stat. They are limited to basic movements. *[Transformation Technique]E-Ranked Ninjutsu After completing the needed handseals, the user of this technique will be able to alter their physical appearance to match that of another person. By consistently emitting chakra throughout their body, the user is able to keep their appearance adjusted at the cost of their stamina draining over time. As this technique is quite strenuous to uphold, experienced shinobi may see more clearly through this delusive disguise. This technique lasts for a number of posts equal to that of the user's stamina. *[Remote Exploding Tag]E-Ranked Ninjutsu After doing the needed hand seal, the user is able to detonate an explosive tag. This is able to be used on an exploding tag that the user has imputed their chakra into prior and can only activate a single tag at a time. If more are needed, the tags explode in sequence, starting with one of the user's choice. *[Act of Tree Climbing]D-Ranked Ninjutsu By focusing chakra into his/her feet, the user is able to walk up trees and other vertical surfaces in a similar fashion to walking along the ground. This chakra amount must be precise, and although all shinobi learn this technique, the user's control stat will determine how well this jutsu can be executed. Users with low control (1-2) will often fall during the use of this technique, while users with average control (3-4+) will be able to use this technique functionally. If a target has more wit than Yuuta, they can shake this feeling off, but the less Wit that they have compared to Yuuta, the more the effects are felt.

This does not let him do any other mind-reading, nor does it let him freely pick which memories that he sees. Each memory that is shown to him is the one that comes to the target from their own mind.

By utilizing his negativity auras, Yuuta has managed to place them all out at one time. This has a constant drain if -1 stamina from him, as long as the negativity areas are out, but this jutsu makes it so each one of his jutsu are active at once, making it so the the effects all are added up, with each effect going at the same time for each distance that they can extend to. The more [Entering Sanity] jutsu that they are under, the more vivid the memories will become. This means that each and every one of Yuuta's negativity auras are active at once, making so each one affects anyone in their area.

A static ability of Yuuta. Whenever someone is within 25 yards of Yuuta, they will start recalling their darker memories, ranging from whatever made them the most angry or sad. The thoughts start forming as soon as they enter the diameter around Yuuta. After doing the needed hand seal, Yuuta channels a bit of chakra into his negativity field. By doing so, the chakra inside the field starts to take a slightly black tint, making it visible to those around him, while not disrupting any form of sight. This doesn't drain much, if any, chakra and can last for up to 40 posts, or until Yuuta cancels it.

Due to Yuuta being able to see the negative thoughts of people that are in his negativity aura, this is a rather passive jutsu that allows him to tell how much resistance they have towards his negativity. This effectively lets him see their [Wit] stat, letting him know how much to increase or decrease his negativity area by, as long as they are in the range of 2 of his own wit stat, either above or below. Otherwise, it will show to be 'off the charts' in a known direction.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
After calling upon his inner negativity, or being forced to deal with it, the negativity chakra bursts out of yuuta's body, then condenses around it, soaking into his flesh, changing his body, but removing the effects of his [Entering Sanity] jutsu. Taking one fourth of a post to complete, Yuuta's body changes into a much more monstrous form, becoming a total of 7 feet tall. The negativity chakra melds and alters his flesh, causing pitch black hairs to sprout all over his body, as his mouth lengthens out into a full muzzle, along with his body lengthening out, becoming wolf-like in form. His eyes become a very noticeable thing in this form, as they become a very bright and glowing shade. He also grows teeth and claws that are easily capable of tearing into flesh. In this form, Yuuta loses most of his sense of self, becoming and attacking near anything, acting much more like a feral animal than any composed person. He will attack anyone that does not have negativity chakra in them. Additionally, he is unable to use any of his normal jutsu that aren't labelled as for this form only. This form lasts for an exact number of posts equal to Yuuta's altered stamina stat (once he changes). After he transforms back, Yuuta suffers a -2 in Wit for double the number of posts that he was transformed for, severely hampering his [Entering Sanity] jutsu. In this form, the following stat changes are made:

[Spread the Darkness]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
While in his normal form, Yuuta can utilize this jutsu on a conscious opponent. If they are willing, this takes a total of 3 posts to complete. If they are unwilling, then this takes 30 posts to complete. To start the jutsu off, Yuuta must grab the person's hand, after doing a string of hand seals, making an incision in the palm of his left hand, which is holding the person's right hand. Then, by placing his right hand over their other hand, clasping it shut, the process begins. The blood starts to fester up, gaining bits and pieces of Yuuta's negativity area, condensing it into one ball that forms between Yuuta's hands, and inside of the other person's hand. After the posts are done, if they haven't broken free of Yuuta's grip, the negativity ball will start to infect their chakra network, feeding itself and starting to intertwine, becoming one with it, making the process unreversible by almost any means, without causing serious damage to the body, as well as the person's chakra network. Once the process is completed, the person infected gains gains their own version of the [The End of Ecstasy] ability. The only difference is that, whenever in the form, they have an immense respect for Yuuta. This isn't total obedience, but it does stop from immediately harming him. This can differ from their out of form self, however.
