It was a simple mission that was given to him, in order to test his abilities. All that he had to do was find a missing ninja of notable renown, and dispose of him. He had been given no limits as to how far he could go in order to accomplish this task, although that wouldn't have stopped him anyways, because he planned to use everything in his arsenal. Soon Shintagymaku would arrive in the location of where the ninja was last seen. As he stood on top of a small hill, he would look at the rocky terrain with little to no interest, while thinking over a battle plan that he could use against the missing ninja. |

Stats The young man stood only one hundred yards away. He knew he was not alone. His ever-active echolocating ninjutsu had picked up the presence of a powerful entity, which was then identified as a human, presumably a ninja. Ayuma had been on the run for a long time, and deep down he had always known the day would come when his ability to cover his tracks would not be enough and when his infamous activities would raise his presence to the awareness of the great shinobi villages. It was as of yet unclear to the man what village his opponent hailed from, but one thing was certain: he was a trained killer. The fact that he was alone meant one of two things. Either the village who sent him was unaware of the man's developed abilities, or this man. . . was strong enough to take him down. In the man's arrogance he figured it had to be the first, but in the long years since his departure he had learned to never underestimate his opponents. The first move would have to be the aggressor's. If he was stupid enough to get close to Ayuma without having his guard up then the man would have no problem with removing any trace of the man's existence from the face of the planet, but this was an unlikely possibility. The nukenin sat down, allowing his form to be hidden by the shadow of a nearby hill. There was no point in announcing his presence. If the man was to find him, he would have to work for it. Jutsu

Shintagymaku would decide that a change in methods was required, once he scanned everything that his eyesight would allow. He would start off by forming a long series of hand seals, while gathering a large amount of chakra. He would then place both palms upon the ground floor, before focusing the chakra into a 13 yard area around him. Plants, trees, flowers, and other form of greenery would begin to rise from the ground at a fast pace. The use of this jutsu gave him an advantage, and seeing as he wasn't currently fighting, he would be able to put his full concentration on the completion of this technique. Jutsu used

The man's eyes were closed, his breath calm. The entire scene unfolded behind his eyes, and he simply sat there. His location was unknown, which caused the man to wonder why the man had begun this jutsu, but he would not complain. This would give the man an inside look at at least one branch of techniques he had access to. This seemed to be some sort of plant technique. Even based on the size and shape he knew that the technique had taken a good deal of chakra to create. Ayuma had no reason to move, and so he did not. He simply continued to watch as the ninja wasted his chakra. |

Shintagymaku would then climb one of the trees in hopes of using it to his advantage. He would then begin to look in every direction, although to no avail, which would cause him to take a moment, and go over every aspect of the ninja that he was currently hunting. He would then climb down from the tree, before walking towards the end of the forest, and down to the hilly area that allowed one to hide if they chose to do so. |

As the man's footsteps grew closer, Ayuma took a deep breath, flooding his body with oxygen and clearing his mind. He was ready. Only one of the two would be leaving that day. The man stood to his feet, revealing himself to his hunter. He would have chosen to surprise his opponent, but it was not the way of honor to stab a man while his back is turned. The man's face was emotionless, his eyes set and focused. His fingers twitched in anticipation for the fight that was about to unfold. He would not be the first one to move. |

Shintagymaku quickly spotted the target, and without hesitation he would quickly unsheathe his tanto before running towards him. He had a plan to get in close, and try to keep him from using any jutsu that would give him an advantage. He also thought if possible he would like to create a lake, so that he could use his own suiton jutsu to help him combat the missing ninja. |

Ayuma’s brain processed every bit of every detail presented to him. The man had created a massive forest in a minute or two. He was skilled in ninjutsu, and had access to an element that he had not seen before. It seemed to be able to create trees and plants, though beyond that Ayuma could not detect any special use to it. He did not consider the forest, which was now a ways away, to be a threat, but he did make a mental note to stay away from it in case the fight lead them near it. His opponent also seemed to be about as fast as Ayuma, and was quick to brandish a close-range blade. It was perceivable that the man before him was an accomplished kenjutsu student, and probably had a confident close range style of attack. The fact that the man was able to move from creating a massive forest to sprinting toward the young man indicated that his chakra reserves were quite high, as was his ability to efficiently make use of the supply. The man’s confidence in his energy levels indicated not only his reserves, but also a bit about his personality and fighting style. He seemed confident in his abilities, and too eager to approach his enemy. He knew nothing about Ayuma. His fighting style, the elements he had access to, even his physical prowess. He was nothing but a fool. As the man drew closer, Ayuma made a few hand seals and drew his blade, forcing the blue, chirping chakra to course through it. It was true that he was revealing one of his affinities rather early in the fight, but if this worked, he would be able to end the battle before his enemy had a chance to make use of those massive chakra reserves of his. |

Shintagymaku quickly placed his tanto inside his mouth, before forming a short head seal combination. He would then expel a powerful jet of water towards the ground, which would in turn fling him into the air. Once he was in the air he would form another set of hand seals, before firing three medium sized soccer balls at his opponent. jutsu used

Ayuma saw the man preparing for a jutsu, and based on the number of seals, it would be a rather small one. Ayuma did not know what to expect, but he crouched, ready to jump. When the water shot out of the man's mouth, the young man took only a moment to mentally note his second shown affinity before jumping backward and into the air, only to land on moments later. He finally stopped spitting out water, but only for a moment. He then began sending balls of water at him. They were slow moving, and easy to avoid, but Ayuma had to make sure to avoid any and all of the man's attacks. He did not know why he was using jutsu that seemed so weak after exhibiting such massive chakra reserves, but the best option was to assume that within each of the spheres was another attack. Why else would he resort to such weak attacks? The younger man jumped to his left, propelling himself with a hard shove off the ground. He landed ten feet away from his previous location in time to avoid the three projectiles. He was not tired, but his opponent did not seem to be, either. This could be a long fight. |
