After performing the hand seals and making eye contact, the opponent feels their arms, and legs fall asleep. It feels as if the blood flow to these appendages has basically stopped, making their movements a tad sluggish and just all around uncomfortable. This jutsu doesn’t really hinder a person, but it makes everything they do feel off. For those who are attuned to the way their body feels during battle, it can be extremely distracting. Chi Shiru [Information Sealing]
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
By performing the necessary handseals one can seal words into an object, making them appear to be a decagram. This object can then be delivered to someone and all that is required to reveal the words again is to channel a small amount of chakra through the object, similar to that of Kai.

Shashin Shiru [Image Sealing]
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
By performing the necessary handseals one can seal an image or drawing into an object, making it appear to be a symbol, in this case a decagram. This object can then be delievered to someone and all that is required to reveal the image again is to channel a small amount of chakra through the object, similar to that of Kai.

*Sterilization Technique
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

Childhood Arc

Born into a family of non shinobi, Fen had little to no interaction with anyone of such a career choice and for the most part he lived a normal life. He was raised to be kind, ate all his veggies and anything his parents told him to eat and eventually started learning some things. Such as how to cook (from his mother) how to hunt (from his father) and from both of them learned life skills that would help him much in the years to come. In these childhood years though, he helped out whenever he could and never once got into trouble for not doing something he was told to do, or disobeying his parents, or even for doing something that he shouldn't be doing even though he was never told to do such a thing.

He got along well with other kids, never getting into a fight or getting beat up. He was the voice of reason for anything and everything that ever happened. Whenever someone wanted to do something he would always weight the good and the bad, making sure that the bad was not too bad and that they could still have fun without getting hurt. The only time he ever came into a conflict was when one boy was picking on another for no reason other than he could and Fen stepped in telling him to stop or he would go get an adult. The boy nearly hit him but Fen just cautioned him he would only get in more trouble if he did and so the boy let it be and went on his way.

No more incidents such as this occured, however Fen now had a new friend in the form of one, Orochi, Kintara, known as Kintara-Kun for the rest of their friendship. These two boys were inseparable and had fun playing all kinds of things whenever they had the chance. That was until Kintara had an unfortunate choice thrust upon him and both his parents as well as him moved away from the village to the capital city in the land of fire where they hoped to get some better work and live a better life. And so Fen lived on as he did before, caring not that his friend had moved for he knew that it was for the best and all he did was hope that Kin had a good life ahead of him.

One day however his parents decided to give him a choice. The choice was that he could either stay at home live a normal life and go into some kind of civilian business and have all the time in the world for his family. Or like his grandfather before him attend the Shinobi academy and become a great Shinobi, defending the village and therefore his family from harm.

They gave him this choice simply because they wanted to give him the options of how his life would go. His parents didn't want to shelter him, nor did they want to make him unhappy and shelter him for the rest of his life, causing resentment and dislike to course through the bonds. And so he chose, on a whim he decided he wanted to be like his grandfather and as such his parents kept to their promise, enrolling him in the academy and he soon started learning from the teachers there.

Academy Arc

Upon entering the academy he began his training by learning both jutsu and physical strength, honing his body as best as he could and to the max so he could last longer in combat. He ran every day, sparred the same and did everything that he could to become better physically and mentally. Fen made a few friends, none that he could super relate to or be true friends with but everyone liked him just the same. He could fit in with any group and was never considered an interloper. His grades were good his skills in all aspects were better for his grades never did reflect his abilities. He loved to eat so even those aspiring shinobi who could be considered obese welcomed him with open arms since he had a constant flow of money from his parents for whatever he needed.

Life went on with ease, his first jutsu he ever learned being the Bunshin no jutsu and he did so with quite a bit of ease. Not getting it perfect the first time nor even in the first four times but he did eventually get it right on the fifth try. He rarely trained or did any sort of physical stuff outside of school and for the most part was quite lazy. Thing was, his parents didn't care as long as he was doing good and getting good grades and the like.

He continued to master jutsu, taking almost no effort for most although he did have a little trouble understanding how to perform the Kawarami no jutsu. It took him quite awhile to get the hang of it, usually it was just that he had trouble focusing and the idea of teleportation (because that is exactly what it seemed to him this was) made him feel weird and wonder how the hell he was going to pull it off.

It took him months even to master it through all the other physical training he had decided to put himself through at the same time. The constant sparring with his peers and even teachers (for they would spar with him to teach even if they could do far more than they actually put out) helped him to regain his focus. And finally through much tutoring and training as well as encouragement from his favorite teacher (A crippled jounin who could do little more than teach Ninjutsu and the theory of such things) he finally managed to do it. But he did not perform it with something of the same size as himself, which would have been much easier to accomplish. No he managed to accomplish it with something far more unexpected. A tree, not some small tree but rather a hundred year old tree that ended up crushing part of the academy (hurting no one but surprising many).

Now normally it would take a lot of chakra and a lot of control to do such a thing but even though he did not have a super high load of chakra he did have a high amount of control and concentration in doing this. He also went on to be able to perform the jutsu with even the smallest object, a rock a pebble even a small ladybug were all accomplishments in his repertoire for this.

And so Fen graduated with ease on the appropriate date that most of his class graduated. So now he was off to the races, his genin team being chosen and within a week he was meeting his Sensei and fellow teammates.

Genin Arc

Fen had a weeks break before he met his team, and so he began to learn in this time period the jutsu and style of the Awai clan. He began one morning with the simplest jutsu, the Hi technique. His father began the teaching and it took him a few hours but it was quite simple once he managed the actual elemental manipulation of the technique. The manipulation down pat he summoned the small ball of light with the single hand seal required, no difficulty whatsoever. However that same day his mother who had also learned some of the jutsu, however rather than that of the clans Hiton jutsu, since she was an outsider she merely knew basic Raiton jutsu and so she taught him the Static Absorption technique, another simple and easy one to learn that, after learning the first of the Hiton took little effort.

The next few hours after the first session of training were consumed by eating and resting, for learning elemental manipulation at such a young age was quite a feat as well as being quite tiring. After the few hours rest he began again, this time learning the first of the Genin level Hiton style jutsu, named after the clan itself, the Awai technique. This technique however was not as easy as the first two, no this not only took him the rest of the day to learn but most of the next day before he could get that flash of light to appear within his hands. However it had taken him so much energy to even get that singular flash that he was resting for the rest of the day, sleeping and eating as well as attempting to get better at the jutsu which only made him eat and sleep more.

On the fourth day of his reprieve he trained with his uncle, this time instead of Raiton or Hiton he began to learn that of Katon. Yes he was far beyond the level a Genin normally was at for Genin normally only managed to find their first element, yet being of the Awai clan he not only managed to achieve Hiton and Raiton but Katon, bringing his total to three and surpassing every Genin to date (that was currently sitting at Genin level). The transfer of heat technique was what his uncle taught him first, something useful if you knew what you were doing but more so for non-combat situations rather than those that involved combat.

This took him less time than the previous jutsu he had learned simply because he manipulated Katon in much the same way as he had in the Awai technique and sent it into the sword that they were using to practice with. Not even an hour later he successfully completed the jutsu and he was off to the next one. His mother taught him this technique and he simply used the previous tech she had taught him to help him out, getting the Electrical Shock jutsu up to par as to how it should have been.

The next jutsu however took much time, it was the basis of the entire clans jutsu and so was quite different than anything he had ever learned before. This jutsu was the Solid Light jutsu and took him more than just the standard hours. Yes, this jutsu took him all the way up till the few hours before he was supposed to meet the team and Sensei he had been assigned to. But accomplish it he did, finally able to complete the jutsu properly he ran off after a quick meal heading towards where he was supposed to meet his teammates.

Upon arrival at the large tree within the park he realized that he was actually early and still had a half hour to spare. Due to this his whimsical nature took over and he decided to climb the tree and hang upside down from one of the highest branches. He just hung there, upside down for the next half hour or so and was just about to get out due to all the blood rushing to his head when someone approached. This person was a young girl, about the same age as him and quite pretty. She had long flowing raven black hair and quite obviously knew what to wear for training or combat.

Fen was instantly infatuated and just kept staring. Actually he wasn't just staring, from his vantage point he could see right down her shirt and a great view of her lovely breasts. The only reason his position was revealed was that the blood finally affected his brain and all of a sudden he fell out of the tree, by sheer luck his head smacking into the girls chest as he fell down landing on his shoulders and rolling forwards as she fell backwards holding onto her chest eyes wide from surprise and her jaw dropped as she stared at the boy who had just fallen out of the sky and violated her with no warning.

Fen immediate stood up ready to apologize when he stumbled and fell to the ground again, quite dizzy and with a major headache. The girl frowned and stood up worried for the boy who had just fallen out of the sky. He may have encroached upon her sexuality but she was a Hyugga and an aspiring medical-nin, readily wanting to help him even after what he had just done. She needn't have worried so much and rather should have been angry at him as he stood up and spun around looking at her, his eyes wide open. Upon seeing the girl however he felt at his head, wondering what the heck had just happened as he continued to stare, his eyes connecting with hers and in turn she simply stared at him, neither of them responding to the other and neither of them even speaking.

This went on for about five minutes before suddenly a man and a young boy, a boy who seemed to be younger than either of the two young Shinobi who were already at the meeting place, appeared suddenly out of nowhere. At this point in time the two soon to be lovers had no idea what had happened or how they (Their Sensei and fellow student) had suddenly appeared the way they had without a single sound or anything to denote they had arrived. They found out later that it was a special technique of the young boys, essentially a bending of air molecules to create a super vacuum which sucked one to a specific destination, whilst keeping them from being torn apart using a buffer jutsu around himself. Their Sensei, who also happened to be the boys uncle and had only been given charge of his nephew due to requiring to help him refine this technique that they both possessed, quickly introduced himself as did the boy.

It was after this meeting and a few exercises with teamwork that the three became good friends, Fen falling more and more in love with the young Hyuuga girl whom he learned was named Ashlyn, an ironic name due to her great control over the Katon element, and easily striking up a friendship with Jinkachi. It turned out that Jinkachi was one who, although quite quiet, tended to do things with little thought and rushed into them without caution. This was quite an unfortunate attribute for him to have, for not only did both he and Fen live upon a whim, it seemed that Ash too did exactly that, living life how she wished and doing things as soon as she felt like doing them, stopping when she no longer did.

Of course, the three being such great friends and being skilled as they were allowed them to work through this, easily allowing for them to complete missions due to the irregularity of what they did and there simply being no pattern for enemies to follow, for who could follow those who did not plan that which they did?

Yet, their skill would not be enough to keep them safe for Fen one day went to far, deeming it appropriate to attack a group of Nukenin on his own without back up. Had he been anyone else, he would have died quickly and painfully, but his sheer skill and the sheer power that manifested itself within his Doujutsu allowed him to survive the terrible Genjutsu that would have otherwise killed him. He was capable of resisting the enemies attempts to seduce him towards revealing information long enough for his teammates to arrive and rescue him, the enemies being burned to a crisp at first, only to be stabalized by Ashlyns Iijutsu for interrogation later. Ashlyn of course immediately healed him, using her most powerful jutsu to repair all damage that Fen had sustained.

And so they came away from that mission with a few realizations, the first being that Fen was more powerful than one would expect due to his Kekkei Genkai, the second being that Ashlyn was willing to use all her energy and power to keep Fen safe, be it because of some odd concept such as love, or feelings of being a comrade who felt the need to put herself out on the limb for everyone. Either way, it was proven that they worked as a team well enough, and as they continued to go on missions they grew closer and closer, even going so far as to enter the Chunnin exams at the same time as each other and successfully passing.


Chunnin/Tokubetsu Jounin/Jounin Arc

As a Chunnin Fen continued completing missions, partnering with both Ashlyn and Jinkachi, even falling in love with Ashlyn to the point where they consummated carnal love and became one. But as the months wore on, it seemed that Fen's very nature would create issues, for he had started to become more and more of an oddity, one who did things at random for no reason and one who lived upon a whim, foolishness but the truth.

It was upon Fen's eighteenth birthday that the final straw fell, for upon his birthday he decided to leave Ashlyn, never returning to see her even though they lived within the same village, and purposefully avoiding her simply because he felt like it at the time. This abandonment of one who loved him would cause a rift to open between the two, for as Fen continued to rise through the ranks, even going so far as to complete missions that any normal person of his rank would be incapable of, Ashlyn began to feel hatred towards him, a hatred that came from abandonment, from pushing her aside when she had given up everything for him, and yet he cared not as he reached the rank of Jounin.

However, things suddenly turned for the worst, or so Ashlyn thought when the news returned that Fen had gone missing during a mission. Normally one would not worry about someone like Fen, but for a Shinobi to go missing and then be classified as MIA was like a death sentence, it meant that it was not believed they would return and as such were as good as dead in the eyes of the superiors. But even so, Ashlyn and Jinkachi refused to have a funeral for Fen, believing in their hearts that even though he had separated from them that he would return one day to prove that he was not dead and maybe even return for their friendship and love that they had shown him
