The investigation has narrowed it down to four groups of watchmen, but evidence suggests that only one of the men in any group is the guilty one. You've been assigned to observe a group. Between the crackdowns and the stress, we're hoping the guilty party will crack and make a mistake. Pass: Discover and Capture the guilty Shinobi.
