E-Rank Ninjutsu
This basic jutsu allows the user to trigger electrical mechanisms at range equal to the user's control in meters with a maximum of 5 by sending a very weak jolt of electricity. This jutsu allows the user to do a wide variety of things, ranging from turning on a walkie talkie to merely dimming the lights. Note that this jutsu cannot recharge a dead electrical object, only turn it on/off.

E-Rank Ninjutsu
As the user walks, they must constantly scrape their feet on the ground. This allows them to store static electricity in the user's body. The static electricity can be stored for use in further jutsu or, if the user is touched, to shock anyone who’s body comes in contact with the user's hand. The shock, if the electricity is created and stored over the course of two posts or more, can have an intensity equivalent to fully grasping a joy buzzer. The shock isn’t very powerful, but it causes the target's body to jerk for a brief moment and causes very minor pain. |

D-Rank Ninjutsu
After the user does the needed hand seals, a clone, lacking substance and the ability to interact with its environment, will form. These clones are destroyed after coming into contact with any physical object. As these clones have no free will, they are unable to do more than mimic the user's movements. However, unlike normal clones, these are filled with Raiton chakra. Whenever they disperse, they create a small blast of Raiton chakra in 1 meter in each direction causing slight shocks and numbness. The clone has the following stats:[list]

D-Rank Ninjutsu
This is a technique utilized by Raiton users to deliver a small but powerful shock to an opponent. By performing a short set of hand seals and focusing Raiton into his/her own hands, the user can wrap the appendages in electricity. For two posts, any direct contact between the user's hand and the target will send a shock through the target's body. The pain caused is equivalent to being stabbed by a senbon.

After performing the proper hand seals, the user's hands become electrically charged and they are able to use small currents of electricity to wake up someone who was knocked out. To add to this, these charges can stimulate the brain of someone who's conscious. This stimulation can wake those drifting to sleep or momentarily get rid of any grogginess caused by fatigue for four posts. This jutsu can’t bring targets out of genjutsu, however nor can it add wit.

After performing a string of hand seals and stomping on the ground, the user emits five bolts of lightning in a line. Each bolt is two yards apart from the one before it (giving the jutsu a total range of ten yards from the user), rising 3 feet into the air from the ground in succession, starting from the farthest one with a speed equal to the user's control with a maximum of six. These bolts are pure energy; they aren’t solid so they aren’t effective in stopping objects. The shock created by the jutsu, however, causes the targets body to jerk and sends a mild pain equivalent to getting stabbed in the hand throughout the body for a brief second. This technique isn’t very devastating, but it’s useful in stopping charging enemies. |

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After completing a set of hand seals the user will either focus chakra into a bladed weapon or index finger. He/she then points his/her hand (or the tip of his/her weapon) at the target and fires off a bolt of lightning that travels out a max of five meters. The lightning bolt itself will only cause minor damage, but due to the speed of the attack the impact is more than enough to knock the air out of someone or send them backwards about five meters as if they had just been rammed into. The opponent can resist being knocked backwards if they have a strength stat that is at least equal to the user's control stat. The speed of this bolt is equal to the user's control stat with a max of 8.

The user generates a length of arching electricity, up to five feet long, from their fist after performing the necessary hand seals. This 'blade' of lightning can strike a single enemy once, leaving behind a pain as bad as a shallow stab to the area of impact. The impact also cause minor first and second degree electrical burns. If something comes between the 'blade' and the user it will disrupt the jutsu, ending it prematurely. If this blade isn’t used or destroyed, it stays together for up to 6 posts.

Prerequisite: User must have a sword.
After completing a short set of hand seals the user will imbue their bladed weapon with electricity. Next he or she will swipe the air in front of them. The lightning stored in the blade will give the weapon an amplified swing, causing a 3 foot crescent shaped lightning bolt to fly towards the opponent within a five meter range. If the attack touches any part of the target’s body it will create a painful jolt that lasts a whole post. The jolt shocks the target every couple of seconds during the post and the pain each time is equivalent to getting stabbed in the hand. Upon impact with the target, the attack also causes some physical damage, creating an impact like a punch thrown by somebody with three strength.

With this jutsu, the user manipulates Raiton chakra to form small senbon. Up to 5 senbon can be created in each hand and must be handled like regular senbon. If the senbon are thrown by somebody with 7+ strength, the jutsu takes on the Thousand Birds characteristic of piercing through any material weaker than thick steel. If thrown by somebody weaker than 7 strength the senbon penetrates like any regular senbon. Contact with the needles causes small, localized numbness at the direct area that was hit that lasts for three posts. The Senbon can go as far as normal senbon would go upon being thrown, so it depends on the users strength. Once making impact with a target, the senbon disappear after a post.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
This technique requires both the user and the opponent to be holding a metal object, usually a weapon. When these weapons connect, this technique can be used to transmit a quick electric shock through the weaponry onto the opponent's hand after the user performs a series of one-handed hand seals. It will cause their hand to spasm, potentially making the opponent drop their weapon or at the very least, make their hold on the object weaken.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
The user creates a wire of electricity between their hands. This wire can be placed between two objects, like two trees or two rocks that are up to 10 meters apart. The user has to touch one of the objects and then drag the Raiton wire to the other object and attach it there. Upon being touched, the wire can trip targets while also delivering a painful shock to the limb that touched it, followed by paralysis to said limb. The paralysis lasts for one post, and the wire can sustain itself for up to 4 posts or until dismissed. |

Prerequisite: [color=#fe0]* [Lightning Element • Thousand Birds][/color], a sword.
By performing some hand seals, the user will create Lightning chakra which they can then transmit into their sword. The metal will amplify the lightning current, making the tip of the blade gain an extreme boost in its penetration capabilities. This boost makes it powerful enough that it can only be stopped by strong defenses. Not even thick steel is truly capable of stopping this jutsu, unless it’s 7 inches thick or more. Once this sword strikes a human, it immediately causes the area it struck to go numb, bringing down the pain slightly for three posts but also limiting the targets mobility with that limb.

Pre-requisite: user must have a stat of at least five Taijutsu
After the correct hand seals are performed, the user creates a whip of Raiton from their middle and pointer fingers. The whip can be up to five meters long and can be used like a blunt object in terms of impact while also delivering painful shocks that numb the area of contact for two posts. The whip can sustain itself for six posts before dissipating. Otherwise, the user could very well harm themselves in the process of performing this technique.

By performing some hand seals and focusing Raiton chakra into their fist, causing it to spark and crackle, the user can greatly amplify the power of one punch. Once the user delivers a punch with the hand that this jutsu was used on, the Raiton will suddenly rush forwards into the targets body. This creates a blast with a power that pushes the target back at least ten feet if they have less than seven strength. The punch also causes the area it hit to go numb for another three posts, limiting the targets mobility with said limb. |

A-Rank Ninjutsu
This is a mostly non-combat Raiton ninjutsu. To start the ninjutsu the ninja does the needed hand seals and then sticks three kunai, separated at most by 10 meters of each other, in a triangle around a target. After the kunai are placed, electrical walls rise up and connect the three Kunai together. These walls rise up 10 feet high and once created, they are closed of by an electrical ceiling. These walls can not be easily broken, requiring at least a physical strength of 7 to break from the outside. Physical attacks from within are ineffective. If anyone tries to touch the walls, they will be electrocuted which may cause bad electrical burns but not badly enough to kill them, which makes using taijutsu a relatively bad idea. After the walls are formed, they stay around for 10 posts.

After performing a row of hand seals, the user emits an electrical lightning shield up to three feet in radius. The shield is solid, easily defending against most projectiles and jutsu. The shield lasts for up to five posts unless it is destroyed. If it is destroyed, the shield emits a blast of electricity that shoots forward in a four meter half circle towards the opponent. This blast's impact carries a force equal to a punch delivered by someone with five strength and it creates a painful shock, its intensity being equivalent to the pain of a stab.

After performing a set of seals, the user will exude a thick layer of Raiton chakra around their body. The chakra will then act as an armor. The armor will still dissipate if attacked with Taijutsu, however the attacker will feel a painful shock and then a numbing sensation with the limb used to attack for three posts. If attacked with a weapon, the numbing is reduced to two posts. The armor lasts for six posts unless broken. The user will still feel things such as heat and cold, as that is unprotected by the armor.

Prerequisites: 7+ Speed
By focusing chakra into their hand, the user creates a mass of blue Raiton chakra. The collection of Raiton chakra makes a loud noise, similar to the chirping of thousands of birds at the same time. By running as fast as they can, the user will use the Raiton chakra and thrust it into their target. If used by somebody with 7+ speed, the Thousand Birds can pierce through almost any material and most defensive jutsu. This jutsu can’t be used by people with less than 7 speed. The downside is that this jutsu causes temporary tunnel vision due to the speed and concentration required to use it effectively, leaving the user more prone to attack from the sides. Being hit by this jutsu results in a large fist sized hole being created on the target while also causing a very painful electrical shock. This technique is linear and will only pierce a single defense, unless the defenses are lined up. If this jutsu isn’t used to attack, the blue chakra can be kept at hand for 5 posts before dissipating.

Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to their body, the user is able to extend it up to five meters from their body. Anybody that steps into this five meter zone will receive a painful shock equivalent to getting stabbed each time they step into it, or once every post they’re in it. If a target is in this zone for more than one post, on the second post, they’ll begin to experience temporary paralysis starting from the left leg. Each post, another limb becomes paralyzed, going from the leg up. (Left leg, right leg, left arm, right arm). The paralysis lasts until the end of the post where the target leaves the zone. This jutsu lasts for five posts.

With this jutsu, the user is able to shape the Lightning Element to form a pointed spear up to 6 feet long. The spear takes on Thousand Birds traits, being capable of piercing through most jutsu. If thrown by somebody with less than 7 strength, it pierces like regular sharp metal. On contact, the spear sends a painful shock through the targets body while also numbing the limb that it struck. |

S-Rank Ninjutsu
This is a suicidal Raiton ninjutsu. To start the ninjutsu the ninja does the needed hand seals then puts their hands on their chest, charging their body with a massive amount of Raiton chakra to the point where they even expel a crackling, electric aura around them. Anybody that comes into contact with the user receives a sharp jolt of electricity that causes pain equivalent to getting stabbed. This jutsu raises the users speed, tai, and strength by three while reducing ninjutsu, control and wit by three. The jutsu lasts for 3 posts, at the end of the third post, the user’s body literally bursts with a force of three explosive tags while also expelling a huge pulse of Raiton that hits like a punch with 7 strength and also delivers a painful shock equivalent to getting stabbed multiple times. The pulse hits anyone within a 10 meter range of the explosion. |
