Chiton
By being a master of Suiton and using the secrets of Kirigakure no Sato, the user is able to use the next step of the Suiton element, Chiton. Chiton is the elemental release that is able to manipulate the user's blood for their jutsu, while also enabling them to reproduce that blood at tremendous levels. Users of Chiton can manipulate other people's blood, as long as it's outside of their bodies. Chiton's unique quality is persisting. Unlike other chakra affinities, Chiton techniques can last for a longer duration.
Chiton users are Kiri ninja that have Suiton and Suiton as their affinities with at least 8 in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.

D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will make contact with a body of water up to 10 pints large. After channelling Chiton chakra through the water, the user slowly converts the water into blood of their blood-type to use for other jutsu. In order to achieve the complete effects on a full body of water, the user must channel for a whole post. Smaller amounts require less channelling time, however.

After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into a subdued or willing body. By doing so, the user can slightly raise or lower the user's current blood pressure and blood flow to manipulate the temperature of the target's body by half a degree within their normal body temperature.

D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will place their hand over an open wound up to five inches wide and two inches deep. After channeling Chiton chakra for a full post, the user will form a superficial blood-clot covering over the wound to prevent further bloodflow from it. While this cover doesn't completely heal the wound, it allows the target's body to recover from the wound naturally without agitation.

After performing the needed seals, the user will slather blood on their body. By concentrating Chiton chakra in the blood, the user thins it out, allow the user to spread it over a larger area on their body. As a result, the user will look much more wounded and bloodier as a means to trick the opponent.

After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into a subdued or willing body. As long as the target doesn't struggle, the user can draw up to a pint of blood from the target. This technique works best on recently deceased corpses as the user can draw out blood repeatedly from them to fuel their jutsu. |

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into a quantity of blood, converting its bloodtype to match that of the user's target. If the target is subdued or willing, the user can then perform a blood transfusion, replacing the target's lost blood with the quantity of blood collected. This technique is capable of both changing the blood type, and transfusing the blood.

After performing the needed seals, the user will draw out a quantity of blood and shape it with Chiton chakra. The quantity of blood will then stretch to form a long staff up to three meters long ending with a sharp spear head. The spear will lasts up to ten posts and will dissipate when canceled or broken by a hit of six or greater. After dissipating or breaking, the spear will reform and last up to three more posts before dissipating or breaking again.

After performing the needed seals, the user will splash blood onto a target emitting a very peculiar and specific scent released with chakra. For 15 posts after, so long as the target has that blood on them, the user can "smell" the direction from which the scent of the jutsu is coming. The user can only follow the scent of the jutsu so long as the target is within 50 yards of them. If the target removes the blood by means of stripping their clothes or by washing it, then the distance shortens to 25 yards and the remaining duration is halved.

B-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will gather roughly 10 pints of blood and condense it into a small sphere one foot in diameter. The sphere lasts for up to five posts afterwards. This sphere forms around the hand of the user, but does not deter the user from forming hand seals. By the user's manipulation, the sphere can sprout up to five tendrils at a time that can stretch up to 10 meters in any direction and can move at a speed and with a strength equal to the user's Control and Ninjutsu average, up to 8. These tendrils are thin and are breakable with a Strength of six or greater.

B-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will gather roughly 5 pints of blood and condense it into a small orb, and then expand it into a shape of a small serpent around 2 meters long. The serpent lasts for up to 10 posts or until destroyed. For the duration of the jutsu, the user can manipulate the serpent, moving it at a speed equal to the average between the user's Control and Ninjutsu, up to 8. The serpent itself can coil with a Strength of 6.

B-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into their own body or into the body of a willing or subdued target. After the chakra has been channeled, as long as the user or target avoids strenuous movement, the amount of blood cells in their body will regenerate 3 gallons of blood every post for a duration of four posts. If the user engages in strenuous activity, however, then they will regenerate only 1 gallon of blood instead. The technique will not end once the user returns to their maximum amount of blood, but rather simply stop multiplication until further replacement is needed or the duration of the jutsu ends. |

A-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton into a volume of blood. The user will then splash that blood onto a target, the blood seeping into any open wounds on the target. After entering the body, the user's blood will cause the target's blood to attack itself, exhausting the target exponentially. Every post for five posts, the target's Stamina will drop by 1. The Stamina debuff lasts for the duration of the thread.

A-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into their bloodstream, causing their adrenaline to pump. While their body dips a state of exhaustion at an accelerated rate, their muscles will begin to perform at an optimal rate. As their body becomes accustomed to the effects of the jutsu, their veins will bulge and the tone of their skin will redden and darken and their lungs will demand for a higher oxygen intake. For seven posts, the user's physical Stamina will drop by 3 and their Control will drop by 1 while their Strength will increase by 2 and their Taijutsu and Speed will increase by 1. |

S-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the needed seals, the user will channel Chiton chakra into roughly 5 pints of blood. The blood will then take expand and take the shape of the user. This clone is capable of using any chiton jutsu the user knows, using the five pints of blood stored within it as a medium for jutsu requiring blood. The clone can also absorb blood to replenish the 5 pints of blood. If the clone is destroyed while storing 5 pints of blood, the clone will regenerate, but will be unable to absorb more blood or use Chiton jutsu.[list]
