now I know that you guys would love this idea, so here is the template follow it word for word. Another note if it is accepted it will be placed in a sub forum first and then if it gets active enough into the main sections. Name: The name of your country Kage: A NPC KAGE!!! you can not be a Kage of your own village unless you are a Anbu black ops, or a S ranked missing nin. Additionally you can not be a Kage if the Administrator does not approve you as one. Worth: what is the net worth, meaning how many ninja can live there, can not exeed 100. Unless Administrator puts it in the main section. Description: How was this village formed, where was it formed and why did it form. Village Specializations: If this village's member are a certain group of people, ranks or favor a certain type of weapon, element of fighting style it should be noticed here. Side Notes: You must additionally have 2 people qualified to live there, if you do not it will be held until someone wants to join that village.
