Alrighty, the system of NL, is run off of xP. I know what your thinking...'oh man...stats'. But...no. Here xP is like a meter that shows when you are ready to take on the next step in your Shinobi training. So their will be NO stat system, as your xP dictates such things. Your xP makes your strengths better, and your weaknesses falter. Here are the xP markers:

Genin: 50-350 xP
Chunnin: 350-1,000 xP
Jounin: 1,000-3,000 xP
ANBU:
(This is a special rank recieved by those who complete the examination instated within his/her village. To apply for ANBU, one must have been Jounin for at least a week, and have at least 3,000 xP. This is an extention of the Jounin rank, though they are slightly more capable.)
Kage: 3,000 -

You can gain xP by RPing (the best way), competing in OOC contest...or just by moving along the storyline.
