 This is the Custom Jutsu template if you have not posted it as such it will not even be replied upon by the Administration team.

Type: Taijitsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, ect.
Element: Fire, Wind, Water, Earth, Lightening, ect.
Requirements: Rank, Exp and any other requirements needed in order to learn this jutsu.
