Name: Neko (Katty) Raiki Age: 15 Height: 5"9 Weight: 110lb Gender: Female Birth Country: Lightning Village: Cloud (Works for Mist until further notice (Dran agreed)) Rank: Chuunin (Dran agreed) History: Neko Raiki, or Katty, as she was nicknamed, was born in a small village, in south lightning country. Because of her parents occupation, she was constantly moving around, living with the other acts of the lightning countries traveling circus. As a young child, Katty was learn to do all sorts of acts. She was trained in many of the different acts, so she would be able to fill in if needed, or assist. More than anything, Katty was prepared in gymnastic and acrobatics, since one of the acrobats was growing old, and wouldn't be able to do the job any longer. The circus was like her extended family - they had all helped raise her. That is, until the age of 7. The ringleader, and overall owner of the circus, passed away, leaving his wealth and everything he owned to his son. For reason that were never properly explained to her, Katty was left with her grandfather and uncle, who lived in the Village hidden in the clouds. Katty was able to enter the academy at the age of 8, just like the rest of the children. It was her uncle's idea, seeing as he noticed her gymnastic ability. However, when she did enter the academy, there was a problem. She was fantastic at the physical side of learning. But, she was distracted quite easily, and found it hard to concentrate. Katty was still able to graduate at 12 with the rest of her class. To help develop her skills, seeing as how specialized they were, Katty remained on her own, training with a special jounin, whose specialty was taijutsu. She trained for a year, developing her fighting skills. She was able to learn some simple jutsu, enough to aid her taijutsu, and help her in tight situations. Katty passed the chuunin exams at 14, being highly noticeable for her ability in hand to hand combat. Her life changed when she was 15. As it was, the Raikage owed the Mizukage a favor. So, seeing as the Mist village was short on ninja, he requested a ninja in return of a clean slate. The Raikage agreed, sending the only ninja that he could spare at the time - Katty. So, Katty moved to the cloud village, leavijng behind her current family, and began to serve the water country. While she was still a Cloud ninja, she would ahve to be loyal to the mist village until her time of service was up. She still remains, now, working for the mist village. Appearance: Katty Primary Weapon: A metal pole, roughly Katty's height Secondary Weapon: 10x senbon, 2x kunai Bloodlimit: None Ninjutsu Techniques: Lightning charge Paralyzing parade Shocking Soul technique - Taught to her by her grandfather (whom was a jounin before he retired) in secrecy - Doesn't know what it does, just told only to use it if there is something worth giving her life for. Taijutsu Techniques: well...I'm not entire sure how specific I have to be- However, in one sentence, it would be Karate based attacks, intertwined with gymnastics and acrobatics. Genjutsu Techniques: Replacement Jutsu Element Affliction: Lightning Extra Info: Katty is a generally energetic girl - but not as talkative as one would expect. She's somewhat hasty, preferring to full on attack than to defend. She will, sometimes, walk on her hands if her feet get tired, as long as the ground is mostly flat. She doesn't use Ninjutsu often - only when the situations calls upon it. I approve but your gonna have to make your jutsus in the justu area I also created some jutsus like the one you have and you are free to use that if you wish. It is in the user created jutsu just make sure you copy and paste it to your character I think its just one that paralyzes you. Edited by Dran, Nov 9 2008, 06:42 PM.

Ok, i've changed the ninjutsu section to Jutsdu that have already been created. Not really any point in creating new jutsu that are similiar to ones already there, right? |

post the whole jutsu and I didn't want you to use my shocking soul one its forbidden and made by me T_T I only meant paraylizing. But yah post the whole jutsu in quotes |
