This will cause the enemy to be confused and well all the other affect that being drunk has. For example getting extremely horny, angry, unbalanced, wanting to sing and dancing, throwing up and passing out. If someone has been trained in the Drunken Fist Style of fighting this will enhance their combat style and making the battle in their favor. Handseals: Rat, Boar, Tiger Quote: Jutsu Name: Shocking Soul Technique Rank: S (forbidden) Type: Ninjutsu Range: Must be touching enemy Element: Lightning Description:Builds up all your chakra in the center of your chest creating a unstable electric field around you. In order for this ability to be worth using you must have full body to body contact. Once the field is released it creates an electric explosion killing both you and your opponent. The field around you can only be held for a minute or so. If forced to be held longer it'll self release and cause you to die Handseals: Tiger, Dragon, Dog, Boar Quote: Name: Lightning Charge Technique Rank: A Range: Medium-Far (5m ~ 15m) Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Description: Forms a projectile of lightning energy in one or both hands that you hurl at an opponent. On contact this causes serious damage and burns. The burns produce large amounts of damage over time. However performing this technique forces too much blood to rush to your hands leaving you slightly faint afterwards. It is advised that you use this in a squad. Handseals: Tiger, Dragon, Ox, Snake, Dragon Quote: Jutsu Name: Grand Waterfall Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close Element: Water Description: The user creates a huge rushing wave of water. The water goes at a very fast speed and carries the opponent along with it. The opponent is trapped in the water until the technique is finished. HandSeals: Dog, Bird, Horse, Rat, Snake, Rabbit, Ox, Monkey, Dog Quote: Jutsu Name: Water Wall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close Element: Water Description: The user shoots a blast of water from the mouth which creates a huge water barrier around them which is surprisingly dense and compact. This can be used to defend against attacks. Quote: Jutsu Name: Sake Surprise! Rank: D Range: Far to close Element: Water Description: This attack is shot a summoned stream of Sake that soaks the enemy in Sake. This will cause extreme discomfort but no real damage unless lite on fire. Handseals: Tiger Quote: Jutsu Name: Paralyzing Parade Rank: A Range: Close to Far Element: Lighting Description: This attack sends a chain of lighting attack threw all nervous systems of living things paralyzing whoever it is used on for a set amount of time depending on how much chakra is used. This may also be used more then one person at the same time. Due to voltage of this it can be used up to 10 people without draining the user that much although their paralyze time is shorten (10 seconds). Using it on more then 10 people can cause damage to the user. Handseals: Bird, rat, ox, tiger, dragon, snake, Dragon, dog Quote: Jutsu Name: Sake Love Potion #9 Rank: C Range: Close Element: Water Description: Sake love potion #9 is a special chakra alcohol that makes whoever it is used on to believe they are in love with the person that used it on them for one hour. This attack is useful for capturing and ending a battle quickly as well as obtaining information from a target. To use this the user must either take Alcohol in his body or a container that has alcohol in it. Then they will form a ball in their hand and run chakra threw it. The user then can slam it into their skin or in their mouth or nose. If it enters the skin it may take 10 minutes or so to take effect but enter from the mouth and or nose its takes instant effect. The alcohol in blurs the mind making the foes sense misguided while the chakra reroutes signals in the mind to make one believe they are actually in love. Posts: 70 Group: Global Moderators Member #5 Joined: Oct 22, 2008	I'm also going to criticize your jutsu seeing that an average member had the metaphorical interweb cojones to do so. You cannot create alcoholic mist from nothing. Even mist jutsu comes from water. The 2nd or 1rst hokage (not sure) was only able to create water jutsus from nothing, because they used an extraudinary amount of chakra to solidify and crompress the water molecules in the air into actual water. For you to do an alchohol jutsu, you must use your chakra to turn the substance while it is a liquid, into a mist, then control it to your liking. But to change alchohol into gas, it takes an extreme amount of energy to keep it from combusting. Meaning the jutsu would be a much higher rank, and much more difficult to pull off. ALSO, one cannot become instantly intoxicated, they must breath in a couple of breaths first. Although since it is breathed in, the alchohol goes directly to the bloodstream meaning 2-3 breaths should easily get one drunk. The shocking soul one makes sense. But it also scares me that you're going to go kamikaze >_> Also, I highly doubt that a jutsu so powerful as a surrounding mist one would only require 3 handseals. There you go administrator Edit: Your also getting some kind of head rush from this forum so don't make me have to stick it to you Mr. Fucking It has to be real blah blah blah. I guess the whole ninja thing isn't enough nor the fact I said I wasn't finished yet. I also don't know what handseals have to do with anything some powerful attacks don't even use handseals so don't even pull that BS.
