Clan Name: The Matanagi clan Symbol:Just like the link below, just that the circle is in the shape of an eye. http://www.clan-of-chaos.org/images/EmblemR.jpg Village: Leaf Clan Traits: All of the family members get a necklace with it's emblem when they reach 5 years in the clan. They are known to have white - gray hair. Most of the clan members have a wide variety of ninjutsu and quite a lot of chakra. Bloodline Limit: The Matanagi Eye. This jutsu spawns a third eye anywhere on the body the user wishes. Some clan members even invented ways to makethem stronger using the eye, at a cost of a great chakra cap(less maximum chakra). Alot of Matanagi members made their own clan jutsu/jutsu using the eye. Some of the members that for example were focused more on genjutsu, tried adapting the eye to their powers. The bloodline is capable of activating the Chakra Hellbender. A special bloodline weapon, from a glance, it looks like a handle of a medieval sword. It has a white jewel in it. The weapon is activated by direct contact with the eye and the jewel. Out of the tip of the handle, will come chakra and judging by it's name, the user can bend chakra in many forms. The most common weapon formed is the whip. Most clan members only use the whip, as it is a very effective weapon, even though they can shape it in to something else, but because the hellbender is adapted to the whip, shaping it to anything else gobbles up a lot of chakra. Jutsu: -Eye activation(Snake-Tiger-Rabbit-Boar-Rabbit) When the user does the handseals, a concentration of what seems to be chakra welds up in 1 hand(the user chooses in which one) and then he must have contact with the spot where he wants the eye. The contact is made by pressing his middle and index finger on the chosen body part. -Chakra Hellbender(No handseals) Activates the users weapon by direct contact with the eye. The eye delivers a 'package' of chakra in to the weapon which is then controlled by the users hand. If the weapon stops working, or if it is damaged, the chakra emitting from the weapon disappears and the user must send a package of chakra in to the weapon again. -Optical Sting jutsu(Tiger-Monkey-Boar-Dog[Repeats handseals until he decides to stop the jutsu]) In this jutsu, the user emmits a stream of chakra coming from his eye in to the victims eyes. From the victims eyes it travels in to the brain, where it disperses. This acts as a stun attack and causes a great pain to the enemy, it lasts for about 10-15 seconds. The enemy would hardly be able to fight normally, unless he can fight with a blurry vision and a great headache. This jutsu is easily blocked, for example if it is obstructed by some object, if the subject is not facing towards the eye or if the subject closes his eye.(Haru doesn't know this jutsu) Tried fixing, if there's still some overpowering and/or something you don't understand, tell me. Alright this sounds like a zomgwtfpwnallbbq clan. First of all, an eye placed anywhere on your body cannot increase taijutsu power, and if it did, you must thoroughly explain it. Which you did not. And now you're saying it ALSO has genjutsu capabilities? How. You must explain that too. To get a clan accepted you need to be many times more elaborate. And now you've added that you could use any melee weapon of choice as well? How does that correlate to the eye in any way? Does the eye shoot lasers too? No, it also shoots waves which targets eyes specifially which can fry brains inexplicately in 5 waves? I'm sorry, you're going to have to completely redo this >_< |

Dang this is a stir. I agree that the 5 hit kill thing is exxagerated but for the eye adding to my taijutsu power and genjutsu power, I said, or atleast I meant, that certain users in the clan dedicated to taijutsu that's why they found a way to use their eye with their taijutsu, as did the genjutsu people. Look, I'll just fix it and tell me if it's better. Kay? |

Well I know marcell covers the sign ups for the most part, but I don't see any problem with the clan. I didn't see what it was like before yet, but right now it seems like it will work. *Approved*(if Marcell says it still isnt good then well, idk. I think it is fine now so he shouldn't have a problem either.) |

Ok I'm going to ask for more info on your bloodline limit I'm actually going to make a template for it. You are expect to fill this as well... Also please take of that your character has this jutsu because anyone can join your clan/bloodline if they wish. I also going to make a note of your character here remember that although you may be able to activate your eye power you don't know how to fully use it and although you can basically automatically turn on your chakra weapon this doesn't mean you know how to wield a weapon properly. Name of Bloodline: The Third Matanagi Eye or The Third Eye Clan Name: Matanagi clan History: The Matanagi bloodline was born with Takun Matanagi. He was the original creator of the bloodline, he did it by concentrating a mass ammount of chakra in to a certain location of the body and used his special ability to turn it in to organic tissue. That was he formed an eye. He could use this eye for jutsu, but the problem was this eye wouldn't go away. Generation after generation, the eye stopped appearing and the clan members had to form their own eye through a jutsu they learn when they're young. Rumors say, each generation discovers new abilities to use the eye with. Although, the Matanagi clan were originally formed in the Leaf village, they do not have much dominance and a lot of the members are scattered throughout the fire country. That's why their clan in Leaf is not the most powerful one. Physical Traits: <_< I don't really understand this part but hey, here goes. Each Matanagi member can chose their own path, or rather, their path is chosen when they are born. Some are born to master genjutsu, some taijutsu. They can mutate their eye so it adapts to their fighting style, although the rarest style Matanagi members use the eye for is taijutsu.
