Name: Haru Matanagi Age: 13 Height: 5 ft 6 Weight: 62 kg Gender: Male Birth Country: Fire Village: Leaf Rank: Academy Student History: Born in the leaf village in the Matanagi family with it's known 'Third eye bloodline'. His parents always wanted Haru to be the perfect student, they wanted him to be perfect at everything. He joined the academy at 12 and he had to study hard and behave nicely, his parents forced him to do that. Just before he joined the academy his brother Aguri, a genin, died during the chuunin exam. This caused a great sorrow in Haru and even a greater sorrow in his parents. Haru's parents starting blaming themselves for Aguri's death, they thought he died because they did not push him to train more, so he maybe would of stood a chance in the chuunin exam, because previously they did not even pay attention to Aguri's training, they trusted he was a good ninja. So now, they're trying to not make the same mistake with Haru. The fact that his parents are so uptight annoys him dearly, his childhood is being pushed away. He doesn't really have a lot of friends, because of his constant training, even though he is the social type. He is now 13 year olds and is going to finish the academy soon. He has no worries, since he is such an uptight student, but it is throwing all of his personality in to dust. He has an earing on his right ear and a pouch on his belt. He also has a special holder for his hellbender. His skin isn't very dark and his hair is just like in the picture[Boy, I caught a bullseye with that picture <.<]. His underwear is.. Well I'm not going to get in to that subject. Primary Weapon: The Chakra Hellbender. -A weapon that looks like a handle of a sword. It has a blue jewel in the handle. The so called 'weapon' seems useless in a glance, but in the hands of a Matanagi with the third eye bloodline, it is a great weapon. The user makes a special chakra 'rope' coming out of the handle. It can form either a whip or a sword, maybe even a long spear. The more bending, the more hardening the chakra does out of the handle, the more chakra it takes away from the user. That is a great downside, so that is why most users of this weapon only transform it in to one form during a fight and not change it. This weapon is more powerful when the person with the Matanagi bloodline has his eye fully open, but that wastes even more chakra. Although this weapon seems like a very good choice, Haru can't use it yet. Although he's practicing it will take him a while to form a whip, for now he decided his temporary weapon is a very sharp dagger, but by the looks of how his parents are treating him, it won't be long until he forms a whip. Secondary Weapon: None. (I guess kunai and shuriken and stuff <.<) Bloodlimit: The Matanagi third eye. Ninjutsu Techniques: -Clone Jutsu -Replacement Jutsu -Third Eye Activation(activates the third eye, it can be activated in any location on the human body, although he mostly activates it on his left hand or forehead.) -Weapon activation - hellbender(activates his primary weapon using his third eye, his third eye must have direct contact with the jewel on the hellbender. Taijutsu Techniques: Genjutsu Techniques: Element Affliction: (Update when you find out as a Gennin) Extra(I decided to spice my character up): Personality: He is a quiet person and very short tempered, even though those things don't fit together. He likes to explain things a lot and can be annoying at times. When he becomes angry, he starts yelling and he doesn't take jokes/pranks very lightly. He is a very picky person. He likes spicy foods and eats quite a lot. Weaknesses: When his eye is open, it is VERY vulnerable to any strong sources of light [It won't burn to death if it looks in to the sun, but if someone decides to throw a flash attack at it, well Haru is screwed.] and it is also vulnerable to any hits. Matanagi Haru is vulnerable to genjutsu, even though his eye can protect him mildly when it's opened, he has no defensive skills in genjutsu at all. His taijutsu is good enough and his ninjutsu is quite powerful, even though he does not know a lot of jutsu at the moment. He has a lot of chakra, but he lacks chakra concentration [example: he has a shitload of chakra, but he has a hard time walking on trees.] Sorry if this is a bad signup or if it is overpowered. Yes, you can leave this here for now but before it can be approved or not, go to the custom bloodlines thread and post the reqs there first to see if the bloodline is even approved |

Alright, it's perfect, except you must put that you can only make a dagger with the hellbender technique until you're a gennin. But other than that, you're like 1/2 a step away from being accepted. |
