Name: Marcell Benevento Age: 16 Height: 5'10 Weight: 130 lbs Gender: Male Birth Country: Water Village: Mist Rank: Chuunin (I was noted otherwise :D) History: He was born in the mist village, and was raised like a normal child. His parents dreamed of the day he'd enroll in the ninja academy, and become a ninja. Marcell had other ideas. He dreamed of becoming a musician, who would perform at concerts heard from all around the world. That dream ended. His parents refused to allow him to practice his music, and force him to enroll in the academy. He had the lowest marks in the class, and although he proved to be an athletic individual, he never one a single foot race. His parents worried about his future, and for his 8th birth day, gave him a guitar. They told him he'd be allowed to keep it, if he became a ninja. So in responce to that, Marcell went to the local ninja armament shop, and replaced the steel strings with chakra based ones, and had the wood surrounding the instrument replaced with fortified steel used in making kunai. The guitar was not sharp, as it would hurt him as the user. Just made of a tough material. He then went to the armory, and used the rest of his birthday money to make a tortoise shell casing for the guitar. Afterwards, he spent many weeks in the villages library, learning of an ancient village of sound, that existed many years in the past, which based their jutsu off of sound. Once he had learnt all of this information, he finally joined the academy. He passed it very quickly do to the fact he was on of the oldest members of it since he had quit it when he was young. His time as a gennin was also limited due to his original style of jutsu, and the other gennin's in-ability to find a counter for it, as they had never seen it before. SO eventually he became a chuunin, and an experienced one at that. He played a supporting rule to missions which required stealth, or a musician in disguise. Soon after, he was made the teacher for all graduated academy students. Secondary Weapon: Chakra strings on guitar, Tortoise shell guitar case. Bloodlimit: None Ninjutsu Techniques: Jutsu Name: Repelling Sound Wave Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 feet Element: None Description: The user focuses chakra into the joints of his fingers, allowing them to move at blazing speeds across the fret board of the guitar. Causing a steady stream of sound to resonate from it. The sound is played so fast, it becomes a physical barrier in front of the user allowing for them to block jutsu, or seriously injure anyone within the vicinity of the jutsu. The downside, is that this jutsu has an opening before it begins allowing for people to cancel it if they are in close quarters. The other weakness, is that this jutsu cannot be held forever as chakra running through the fingers, or the speed at which they are moving cannot last for long. Handseals: Rat Snake Rooster Sheep, repeatedly until the jutsu ends. Taijutsu Techniques: Musical Strike No Jutsu Rank: D-B Type: Physical Jutsu Range:3 feet (Length of guitar) Element: None Description: The user focuses his energy into the chakra strings of the guitar. The strings are used as a medium to transfer the energy through the whole guitar. This gives it a charge that repels whatever it strikes, giving it a very powerful knock-back effect, similar to the jutsu which Sakura puts chakra into her fist to make a powerful punch. The guitar is held by the neck, and is swung wildly, using the body of it to strike an opponent. Handseals: None However, takes 3 seconds to put an initial charge on the guitar, and an additional 2 seconds for each rank in which the guitar becomes more powerful. Meaning 3 seconds for D rank, and 5 for C rank, and so on. Genjutsu Techniques: Relax Relapse No Jutsu Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Range: 30 feet Element: None Description: A soothing melody is played across the chakra strings of the guitar, releasing sound waves which shut down mechanical brain functions, causing the targets to lose balance, and eventually fall asleep. Resistance to this genjutsu can simply be to concentration on keeping the brain awake. Handseals: Horse Ox Rooster. I think its good except he part where you said you went to a "local" puppet shop. unless you were in sand there is no local puppet shop. Also the ranks say ha everyone starts off at academy student, unless dran told you you could be...

Ah sorry, I assumed that most villages had puppets. And yes he did say, I'm going to become a mod apparently. |
