Posts: 195 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Oct 21, 2008	Jutsu Name: Rank: Type: Range: Element: Description: Handseals: Gennins may can only learn D or C ranked Jutsus on their own to learn. To learn B A and S rank jutsus a Jounin must teach it to them. No exceptions. Chunin may choose any jutsu to learn but S rank as they must learn from a Jounin as well. They are not allowed to teach B and A ranked jutsus to Genin. The only rule to learning jutsus is that you characters element(s) matches the Jutsu you are learning if element based.
