Posts: 195 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Oct 21, 2008	The Shinobi world is in peril as a weird plague has spread across land. Due to many getting sick and dieing many of the nations have put a quarantine around their boarders. During this time a pact has been agreed on that all villages will give aid to people cut off from their nation until this quarantine has been lifted. All Academy students stranded outside their Nation will be train the current nation they are in Village. The only two countries that have not quarantined one another is the Fire Nation and the Water Nation. They still have active trade and travel between the two.
