Name: Kaneton Tetsu Jikiton (Magnetic Iron Metal or MIM) Bloodline Clan Name: Doesn't Have a Clan name it just a rare Bloodline Gene Clan Leader: Unknown Clan Villages: Origin: Land of Iron Currently: Land of Lighting ===================================================== Clan Description: The MIM users are normal looking shinobi with no special features about them. Only thing is when the MIM genes are active in the user's bloodline it changes the caster hair eitheir a dark grey, white or light black color resembling Steel, Iron or and other metallic properties. Currently this bloodline is consider erased from the ninja world but on some rare occasions a shinobi can pop up with this Gene because of their ancestors traces leading back to Kumo. Bloodline History: The Magnetic Iron Metal users originated from the Land of Iron before it was named what it is today. In it's early days it was the MIM's there self who made the country what it is today. You would figure that this would be the Kekkei Genkai that would give this territory it's ideal personality (IE: Land of Fire known for Fire Jutsu users). The opposite affect happen thou when the the Federal Lord Garma came into power when the country received it's name. Lord Garma intentions were to control the MIM's by using there leader Magniki as a pond in his plans to control the Land. With tactics and his vast amount of wealth he rewarded the group with a village called The Village Hidden in the Steel. In a matter of a decades the Steel Village had established a strong military with their ninja's customs they got from their neighboring countries. Little did the village know the neighboring countries were in on the plot to control the MIM's but all hell broke loose when their ANBU black ops found out about the plot. The first Testukage declared war on the Feudal Lord and the other neighboring nations by murdering Magniki leaving a piece of his body part in each of their backyards with a declaration of war. With a handicap match raging on the village hidden in the steel were still putting up a fight against the forces of Lord Grama and his alliance. The war had Grama so scared he called in reinforcements to try to subdue the village into losing but the MIM's powers were to strong for their opponents. With the war in the Steel Villager's favor a stick and twisted pack of traders called, "The Rust Alliance" betrayed the MIM's by using one of their own people against them. The MIM trader was Mitsu, Joshioro who used a technique to remove ferrous Iron compounds from there bloodstream entirely through everybody's skin. This was consider a massacre and all the first Testukage could do was the unthinkable, commit suicide by sending the whole village into a wormhole with one of the MIM's secret technique. The members of the Rust Alliance fled but the Village Hidden in the Steel had vanished from the face of the ninja world only leaving a few left with this rare trait. Kekkei Genkai/Hidden Technique Description: MIM's have the powers of magnetism (Controlling Metal) and is rare to see it in the ninja world. The user in this generations might not know they have it until they reach the age of 14 or 15 since the gene has been know to skip generations. Only way you can have this Kekkei Genkai is if your Great Grand Father was a user or if your parents were both apart of the clan. Clan Jutsu: E-D Ranked Jutsu Kaneton: Hagane Buki The user concentrates his chakra on his weapons, changing its form. However the weapon cannot surpass his original size. Jutsu Cost:x. x.O3 Dexterity Cost: 3 Jikiton: Kyokesei Yoroi A skill where the user changes the polarity of their weapons to a positive charged polarity. When this is done, all metallic items or weaponry that comes near the person is repelled from them. This makes a person nearly invulnerable to metal weaponry Jutsu Cost: x.03 [ Last for five posts] Dexterity Cost: 3 Jikiton: Kyokesei Hensen A skill in which the user can either charge their metal weapons with either a negative or a positive polarity. If a negative polarity is given, when this weapon hits against another weapon it will stick to that weapon. If it is give a positive polarity, it will oppose all other metal weapons. Jutsu Cost: 03 Dexterity Cost: 3 Jikiton: Teijō Jishakubo Jutsu A skill in which metallic objects within the surroundings are utilized, in which the user flows magnetic chakra into a metal object and choose a trajectory. In which anything thrown near that projectile will have its trajectory changed and launched in a new direction. Jutsu Cost: X.07 Dexterity Cost: 7 Note: Can only charged this into One metal item at a time. No multiple objects Jikiton: Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu A skill in where the user creates a static force within their hands, this force can either be used negatively to draw in metallic objects to them that are far away, or be used positively to repel objects away. Jutsu Cost: x.09 Dexterity Cost:9 Note: Can't be used to steal Kunai, Shiruken or your opponents sword in battle (You two must have an agreement for that). This can only be used three times in battle. C-B Ranked Jutsu Kaneton: Hagane Dama An ability where the user creates tiny lead bullets inside his hands, being capable of throwing into his opponent, having a great speed. Jutsu Cost: x.10 Dexterity Drain: 10 Jikiton: Magun Mai Kaosu A skill where carefully placed spots of magnetic power are placed onto the battlefield, at various places and altitudes. One metal item left at each spot, to be used when the jutsu is released. When releasing this jutsu, the projectiles quickly fly towards the other spots, flying around erratically and at high speeds. Jutsu Cost:X.12 Dexterity Cost:12 Kaneton: Hitei Mushō The user spits some thin senbon of metal which fly so fast that they can penetrate a tree bark to the middle. With this speed the nails can achieve deep distances in the opponent's body. Jutsu Cost: x.10 Dexterity Drain:10 Effects Piercing Jikiton: Buku Senbon Chikara A skill with a powerful force over magnetism. This skill bringing forth bits and pieces of iron and other metals from the ground, creating needles. These needles are then launched towards the opponent with a negative polarity. They will be attracted to the specific metal forehead protectors, shuriken, and kunai are made of. This jutsu will track down any shinobi with these articles upon their body except for the user. Jutsu Cost: x. 15 Dexterity Cost: 15 Kaneton: Kane Shōheki The user creates a metal barrier which can sustain huge attacks. Although this barrier has a limit, when its crossed the barrier brakes. Jutsu Cost: x.18 Dexterity Drain:18 Note: Anything stronger then this will destroy the barrier Kaneton: Kagane Yari Using metallic minerals from the ground, the ninja creates a spear with 5'feet long. This Spear is considered as full offense because is capable of penetrating any type of armor and almost all type of Ninjutsu barrier (B Rank and Below.) Jutsu cost: x. 19 Dexterity Drain: 19 S Ranked Jutsu: Supplementary Jikiton: Magun no Yaiba A skill that involves a blade made from chakra. Channeling chakra through a hilt or a kunai creates a powerful magnetic blade. This blade able to swat away projectiles with a mere swing and not even touching, and able to force armors to split without even touching. Jutsu Cost: x.8 [After that it drains 2 after every post] Dexterity Drain: 8 Kaneton: Hagane Bunshin no Jutsu The user creates a clone of his made of metal. This clone is essential used for offensive, having multiple types of metal on his body. The clone may use Taijutsu or Metal/Magnetism Ninjutsu (Only the ones the user knows). Taijutsu against the clones will get the opponent cut from the metallic materials. Using Water, Earth or Wind Jutsu's are recommended to stop these clones. Jutsu Ability Cost:x.15[Per Clone, Max.4] Dexterity Drain:15[Per Clone, Max.4] Note: Can only have up to four clones Jikiton: Beta Magun no Tate A skill in which a magnetic force surrounds the user, in which all metallic projectiles sent towards the shield gets "stuck" within the air. The user can then reach out and grab onto those metal projectiles and send them flying back towards an opponent. Jutsu Cost: x.20 [ add 4 to keep the barrier up after every post] Dexterity Cost: 20 Note: If you send something back towards your opponent then the action cost is cut in half. Jikiton: Gekiha Hei A skill with powerful force over magnetism. A skill brings forth bits and pieces of iron and other metals from the ground creating a large wall. Jutsu Cost:x.30 Dexterity Drain: 30 Kaneton: Hari Jizo The user accumulates metallic chakra through his hair, getting it bigger and spiky. With this the opponent sees a metallic hair that works as shield, just like when an Hedgehog tries to defend himself. Jutsu Cost: x.30 Dexterity Drain:30 Kaneton: Hagene Nami The user concentrates his chakra in the surrounding metal particles, creating a shield in front of him, acting as a Ninjutsu shield. Although this shield is not so thick and has a weak resistance. But the objective of this shield is to be destroyed so the fragments go fired against the enemy after. Jutsu Cost:x.43 Dexterity:43 Effects: Piercing (Note: The shield can be broken by either a strong A Rank Earth Jutsu or by a strong B rank and above Jutsu but once it's destroyed look out for the piecing fragments.) A couple of things need to be edited. 1) You S rank is just...no lol. 2) remember you need to add zeros meaning "x.03" not ".3" so please edit your lower ranks jutsu to have the zeros where they need to be (anything with a dex drain less than 10 should have a 0) |

Alright that works better but is still on the fence, as its a great stretch to correlate that to screwing with a person neurologically, as that requires more than just being able to manipulate Iron. Everything else is pretty much good to go, but before it can be approved we need a village / land we can label it for when we add to the main site, remember it must be one of the main five. |

I have a question before it is approved. In most cases of a text based rp... there have to be a formula. I see what your trying to do but there is no formula for how a person can block said effects being used on them. *is talking bout your S ranked jutsu* So your able to channel things inside another persons body without them being able to do nothing? That's on the fence like Sano said but its unfair to other players when there is nothing they can do to counteract this seeing as how there is no range limit where you have to be standing near victim, and is that a genjutsu or otherwise? It steps into genjutsu territory but it also goes into ninjutsu a bit. Personally its a too goddish to me seeing as how there is no way to counteract this. |

I see what your saying. So before I edit I'll give you another preview: Jūryokuton: Kai A dangerous technique where the user can manipulate the iron-enriched blood-flow from the opponents. This technique can even remove ferrous compounds from the bloodstream entirely through a person's skin. The thing about this Jutsu is that the opponent cannot move at all or the Jutsu is a failure. The opponent must not move for 3 post in order for the full effect to work. Jutsu Cost:x.55 Dexterity Drain: 55 1 Post: x.18.3 2 Post: x.36.9 3 Post: x.55 Edited by Kou Mitsu, Jun 25 2011, 03:31 PM.

still thats not good. They must remain still? Think about it like this. Instead of this being your clan for a character your making... what if u were on the outside looking in and this could happen to your character? You wouldn't be cool if no matter how far an enemy was away they could affect u with this. It's cool to d this to someone but there is no limitation at how far you would have to be for this to work. As it stands, you could be 20 iles away from enemy but long as u known where they are, this could be used? Im not saying you would do that but its gonna be board-wide and just because u wudnt doesnt mean someone wudn't also. Think bout it this way too, If Shadow imitation, shikamaru's move didn't have the limitation of someone having higher chakra or more will power to me, that it cud bind you indefinitely every single time i used it... that's unfair com0letely to you and I realize that. I would like to see some sort of system that governs what allows you to be able to over power a person to do this. Like your Jutsu ability + Accuracy/1.7 against an enemies Resillience + Will Power/1.7. something like that. it doesnt have to be like that, and if your thinking of comparing other techniques from other clans, they have weaknesses to those techniques. As it stands it gives you great pros and no cons in using this technique. Remember the stronger the technique... the more powerful the cons are. |

Jutsu Cost:x.55 Dexterity Drain: 55 Requirements in order for it to work: - Opponent must be 15 feet or closer to the user - The Users Mentals must be higher then his opponent's - Totally Concentration For the best results: - Some way you have to make sure your opponent doesn't move Each post takes away x6.0 away from the opponents stats while the user Resilience, Jutsu Ability and Accuracy is cut down by 16% in each post it uses. If Mental's are higher then the opponents then it takes away x1.5 from the opponents stats Ways you can Counter this Jutsu: If your mentals add up to being higher the users then that's half the battle that you've won. Try to stay long range and keep the user off track with any tactics that's going to distract him. You guys can change the numbers if you want. |

OK this is a good start for fairness. Is it the combined mentals? Acuity+Will-power or one of the mental stats? And if it connects, it takes drains x6.0. Whats the value that determines this number to multiply to get how much stats is taken away? Same for the x1.5. and you said a way to counter this is if the mentals are stronger than the user but at the end it says "thats half the battle". If your mentals are lower than who u attempt to use this on then the whole effect will be negated completely and the technique will fail correct? |

Ok, well to let you know of something... sicne the description of this s deadly... you know this is basically a move that has the ability to kill someone? so I don't know if people wud be alright wud u using this on them in a spar especially since it does all of that. It may only be usable in a battle, a situation where a character can die or a arc or mini arc or something of the like. and this is pretty much up to admins here. Ive said my piece on it.
