In order to move to the next level of career, you must remain in the same job field for a designated time. Each career level has been assigned a number. That number signifies the number of consecutive weeks you must remain at your career in order to be promoted to the next level (the 'number' refers to the level number you are currently on). If you want to jump to different career fields, then you must start back at level 1.

Example:
When you join, you start at level one.
You do your first training session at level 1.
Next week, you do your level 2 career, and you do that for the following week (that's 2 weeks in level 2).
The following week, you can start your level 3 career and you must do it for 3 weeks before going to level 4.

So basically.
Training week 1 = Level 1
Training week 2-3 = Level 2
Training week 4-7 = Level 3
Training Week 8-12 = Level 4
