[color=#007BA7Unlike most beast masters, Koiji's animal is inside of him, rather than being a companion standing next to him. At birth, he was embedded with the kitsune, to give the boy a small edge. The fusion, over time, made his hair red, and his eyes yellow. He has spikey, deep orange hair. His body is built like a fox, strong, slender, light, and sneaky. His bone structure is also very slender and small, which proves why he is so dimunutive. His nails are pointed, and so are some of his teeth. Koiji was born with a tail that bears a dark coloration. It only comes out when he uses too much chakra, or an unmastered Jutsu. Every time Koiji uses too much chakra, without meditating, his skin starts to slightly turn red, and his tail grows longer. Because, eventually, if he uses too much chakra at one time, the animal's size will grow, from experience of training, and explode out of Koiji's body, and kill him. Koiji can meditate to avoid too much chakra output, but the more chakra he uses, the longer, and harder it is for him to meditate. Eventually, it'll be horrific for him to even close his eyes, and his emotions will be zapped, from getting used of absolute horror.

Personality: Koiji is an interesting boy. He loves to play pranks, cause trouble, and he disrespects authority. He doesn't have any human friends, and was raised by animals, and himself. He can be random, outbursting and cocky sometimes. Although, when he has his eye on a goal, he keeps his focus on it with extreme prowess, and determination. If the situation is dire enough, he'll make a vow, and won't cease the attainment of that goal, until it is complete, or he is dead. Although he is young, he has only demonstrated his true personality once. Since he was born with an animal inside of him, the villagers call him a monster, so he has been outcasted, and forced to be in contact with animals.

Personal History:
[Summary ARC 1] - A dark figure stands a top a deep hole, with a child in it, on Mt. Oinari. "Are you the one who put a trap hole up here, Koiji?!" The boy shouts. "Bah," The figure spits. "C'mon, help me out of here, friend." The dark figure, now revealed to be Koiji, speaks back at the boy, while still crouched over the hole. "You said something about me at school, didn't you?" "Oh that was umm..." The boy stuttered, then cut off. "C'mon Koiji, we're friends." Koiji still wasn't impressed. He remained there, in his same place. "Hey, if you don't help me, I'll tell on you for shitting in the chief's bed!" Koiji paused for a moment, then extended his hand to the boy inside of the hole. The boy began to reach for Koiji's hand. Koiji quickly slapped the boy's hand away. "Huh?!!" The boy shouted, as Koiji threw up, a thumbs down. "Yeah right, idiot!" Koiji shouted. "You sure fell for it." Koiji stands up, and puts his hands on his hips. "You bastard! This is why everyone hates you and calls you a monster!" The boy exploded. Koiji began to put his hands near his zipper area, on his pants. "What are you doing?" The boy heard an unzipping noise, as Koiji still stood over the hole. "The smell of mine lasts for 10 days," Koiji spoke with a loving tone. "Hey don't..." The boy ushered a crooked smile at Koiji. "No...." Koiji cut him off and shouted. "Here it comes, wiiiiiiiiiiiiiz!" "GYAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" The boy shouted, as Koiji left the scene.
Koiji met with the elder, on Mt. Oinari. The elder lectured Koiji. "Your evil actions sure get worse every year." Koiji stood directly infront of the elder, listening. "Evil only brings conflict." The elder rolled his eyes. "There is no need for conflict in this era." Koiji shifted in boredness. "This is an era where humans and demons must live together in peace." The elder deepened his tone. "Yet you have not a single human friend." Koiji broke in. "What, what, do you have any friends then, Chief? I've never seen any." The elder exclaimed after the ignorant retort. "You idiot! All 8 of my friends died long ago, fighting for the very thing that is in your body now!" The elder paused, then changed his thought. "You're lucky I felt bad about killing a fox child. Yet you became a spoiled brat with no friends." "Then, then, if friends are so important, why don't you hurry up and go to them?!!" Koiji blurted. The elder made a stricken face, that made Koiji think. "Uh oh," Koiji uttered with a sneer. Koiji then put a Naruto candy upon his forehead, as a distraction. In a poof of smoke and confusion, Koiji was gone, and a bat was spawned. The bat had a tail, and it began to flutter off as bat-Koiji thought, "It's bad when he gets pissed." The elder thought to himself. "Using a Jutsu like that..." The elder put his index finger on his temple, and focused chakra into it. "At this rate..." The elder threw his hand forth, and shot the chakra at the bat. "History will repeat." The chakra wave hit Koiji, and forced him to turn back into his normal self. Koiji hit the floor with a discombobulated feeling. "Oww!" Koiji shouted. He rubbed his cheek, and exclaimed at the elder. "Stupid, stupid chief!" The elder didn't care about Koiji's insult, and gave him a task instead. "Koiji, I'm giving a special task." The elder said with strength in his voice. "Huh?" Koiji said, bewildered. "First go to the city," The elder commanded. "Bring back one human friend you trust. I don't want you to become like that devious fox inside of you. Trust creates many things. One of those is friendship.... that is. Someone who understands when you're happy, when you're sad, and can experience it with you. It is a very important part of living." The elder made an angry face at Koiji, and spoke once more. "Koiji. Don't return to the mountain until you've completed this task." Koiji made a sad and lost face and spoke. "No... way!"
The next day, Koiji went into town. The town was very busy, and bustling with all kinds of people, events, food, stands, basically whatever you could think of. Koiji sat down on the ground, leaning against the side of a building. His stomach grumbled. "Man.. I'm starving." A sudden gust of wind passed by, and he caught a strong smell of ramen, and his eyes widened, as his nostrils flared. "Huh?" He spotted the ramen shop, and walked inside. He ordered a bowl of Miso Ramen, and had to wait 3 minutes. When it was done, the clerk handed the bowl to Koiji. "Here! Your Miso Ramen!" The cook exclaimed. "Wow! This looks great. I haven't had ramen in a while. Yum Yum!!." A large, drunk man, stepped inside of the stall, and spoke. "Mister, one for me." The chef spoke back at the drunk man. "Hey Kuroda. Drunk again?" Another man, with a brown jacket, and blond hair stepped into the stall. "Oily food after drinking so much..?" He said to Kuroda. "Ramen after a drink is great," Kuroda replied. The drunk man, and the blond haired man slid next to Koiji. Kuroda continued to drink, while Koiji slipped a peek at them both, threw his bowl, while he drank the remains out of it. The blond man spoke once more. "Anyway, we need the painting by tomorrow." "I know that, Matsushima," Kuroda replied. Koiji thought to himself, while still drinking his ramen. "This guy reeks of booze!!" The chef spoke to Kuroda, who was lurched over the table. "Here's your ramen." The chef put the ramen down on the upper desk, since Kuroda was leaned over the table. Matsushima talked out to the out cold Kuroda. "This is such a major art piece, so we police are involved. It better be ready." Matsushima's eyes widened as he looked at Kuroda. "Hey Kuroda?" Kuroda was still leaned on the desk, asleep, drooling all over his arm. The chef lashed out as Matsushima rose from his seat to leave. "Hey! What about his Ramen?" "I don't want it, I only eat French food," Matsushima replied. Koiji thought to himself once more. "What a jerk..." Matsushima turned, and lifted up the veil atop the stall, covering the entrance. He turned his head and spoke just before he left. "I'm busy, so I'll be leaving." The chef and Koiji both looked at Matsushima, with a cold pause. Koiji was being tentative with his words when he asked the chef. "Ummm.. if that's free then..." Koiji gave the chef an eyes closed smile, then stared at the bowl of full ramen, as he drooled. The chef crossed his arms, snickered, then spoke back to Koiji. "Hm, alright... But in exchange, take this guy home." With a devilish smile, Koiji agreed. "Sure!" Koiji looked at the unconscious man. He thought to himself while he grabbed the bowl of food. "Yeah right!! I'll run away once I finish the ramen." The chef was already a step ahead of him, and commaned Koiji. "But leave your keys here, just in case." The chef spoke confidently. Koiji thought to himself, sadly, while sucking on a long stream of noodles. "Damn."
"This guy sure stinks!" Koiji yelled as he carried Kuroda over his shoulder, through the streets of the city. "I shouldn't have agreed to this." Koiji began to lose air, as Kuroda's arm was tight around his neck. "Umm, his house is here, so..." Koiji looked down the alley and shouted at the chef from the ramen stall, into the air. "Draw me a better map, old man!" Koiji found Kuroda's house, and knocked on the door. A cheerful looking man, with brown hair answered the door, and welcomed Koiji in. He sat Koiji down, and himself down, as they began to speak. "Ha ha ha ha! Kuroda-san always passes out at that ramen place. I'm his assistant, Takano Takashi." He gave a cup of tea to Koiji. Koiji looked left and right frantically and shouted. "These are amazing paintings!" Takashi spoke back to Koiji. "This is Kuroda sensei's art studio." "Oh... that painting." Koiji looked over to a specific painting. "Ohh, I know that one!" Takashi spoke to Koiji again. "This is the national treasure class artist Saburo's final painting "symbol." "Final? Does that mean he's dead?" Koiji wondered. "Unfortunately, yes. 5 Years ago." "Ahhhhh..." Koiji exclaimed. "He was a very famous artist." Takashi pointed to a picture. "See." It was a self portrait of Saburo himself. "See, that's him. He was the chairman of the cultural advancmant comitee. The highest honor for an artist in this country." Takashi looked over to Kuroda. "Currently, his best friend, Kuroda sensei holds that position. That's why, the country asked him to repair Sabura-san's damaged painting, and sent it here." "That old guy is...?" Koiji spoke, bewildered. Koiji examined the picture, up and down, hard. "Hmmmm, but..." Koiji looked back to Takashi, and pointed at the painting. "This painting really reeks." Takashi dished a fact to Koiji. "That painting was done with a smelly paint, that needs to be thinned with alchohol." Koiji got closer to the painting, and had his hands on the side, when a police man opened the door, and shouted at him. "Hey!! Don't touch!" The police man made a non-amused face, and spoke again. "I go to the bathroom, and look what happens. What are you thinking, Takashi-san? If something happens to this painting, I'm the one that's held responsible." Takashi retorted, nonchalantly. "I'm sorry officer. Don't get so worked up, it's just a painting." The officer shouted as loud as he could. "WHAT?!!!" The officer scoffed, and made his way out the door. "I'm going back to looking outTakashi-san, watch over the kid." Kuroda woke up from the racket, and began to rant on Takashi and Koiji. "Geez, be quiet. I can't even sleep." Takashi looked at the groggy Kuroda, and pointed at Koiji. "Oh sensei. This is the kid who brough your home... Ayoku Koiji-kun," Takashi explained, while Koiji thought to himself, looking at Kuroda with a fake, confused smile. "This is embarrassing." Kuroda looked at Koiji angrily, and spoke. "He probably just got close to me, to steal the painting or something." Koiji shook in agner, and thought to himself. "Urrrgg!! No way I'll be friends with a guy like this!" Kuroda changed his attitude, and spoke to Koiji again. "But I'll thank you... drink with me." Koiji got hyped, and crossed his arms in an unwanting manner. "No no! I can't. I'm not 21, I can't!" While Kuroda persuaded Koiji quickly, the guard was still on look out. The next thing you knew, Koiji was heavily intoxicated with two mugs of alchohol. "This time....- Do a double!" Takashi put his hand over his face in grief and embarrassment, while Koiji was yelling loudly in the background. "OK, here I go! If I do it next, it's your turn!!!" Kuroda got bored of Koiji's drunk actions quick, and asked him a question. "Hey kid, don't you know a trick or something?" Koiji and Takashi both looked at Kuroda blankly. Koiji got a devious idea, and put on a dopey expression. He turned around, and rapidly looked for something to entertain Kuroda. "Using a scroll may be going too far..." Koiji contemplated, as he pulled out his Naruto candy, and chose it. "This is good enough!" He put the candy to his head. "All right! Here I go!" The candy stuck to his goggles, as Takashi and Kuroda looked at him in absolute bewilderment. Koiji stuck his hands into a shakey hand seal, as smoke propelled from his chakra, all around him. Just as Takashi and Kuroda knew, Koiji was a beautiful young woman, in a revealing bathing suit. "WHOA!!" Both Kuroda and Takashi exclaimed. Koiji then noticed he still had his fox tail. "I still need more training," Koiji stated. "When I use the transformation skill, my tail..." Kuroda and Takashi hopped behind the couch, wide eyed, and horrified. "What... are you..?" Kuroda demanded. Takashi thought to himself, scared out of his mind. "This is a dream... it's an illusion." Meanwhile, outside of the rowdy apartment, the security guard was paying less attention, and now reading a paper. An unknown assailant stealthily appeared at the front of the estate, with a firearm. The assailant entered the apartment, without Kuroda, Koiji, or Takashi knowing. All three of them sat down, talking. "I have a fox sealed inside of me, so I'm related to the legend monster fox of Mt. Oinari. And am currently on a training journey." Koiji thought back to his rambunctious days as a trouble maker. "I've always done only bad things... so nobody trusts me." Koiji looked at the stern faced Kuroda. "So finding a friend that I can share trust with, and bringing him back to Mt. Oinari... is my training. Stupid isn't it?" Koiji closed his eyes, and smiled heartedly. Kuroda looked at Koiji, with tired eyes, and with an uncaring tone. "Yeah... that really is stupid," He said, holding a glass of alchohol close to his mouth. Koiji was confused that Kuroda didn't say something more sincere, like he was expecting. "Huh?" Koiji said, lost. Takashi sat there, paused, feeling sorry for Koiji. "I'm going to bed," Kuroda announced. He started his way off to his room, and stopped. "Kid... quit that training." Kuroda turned his head over his shoulder, and made a serious face, directed at Koiji. "The only person you can trust, is yourself." Koiji looked at Kuroda extremely confused, and was awestricken by the statement. Takashi spoke to Koiji, worried like. "He didn't used to be like that. He was such good friends with Saburo-san, and he was a truly kind person. But now it's like he can't trust anyone." Takashi put the tips of his thumbs to his nose. "Because of that incident..." Koiji cut of Takashi, and asked the obvious question. "Incident?" Takashi looked at Koiji neglectantly, and spoke to him again. "I'll tell you because I don't want you to misunderstand him." Koiji was extremely curious now. "What... what incident?" Koiji's eyes widened, and his jaw drapped. "What happened to him?" Takashi looked at Koiji, sternly, yet sad-like at the same time. Koiji closed his mouth, and listened. "He was stabbed with a knife... by his best friend, Saburo-san." Koiji's jaw dropped in awe, and he spoke not a word, until he got the picture, and lashed out. "But hey! You just said they were good friends." Takashi resumed his statement. "To Saburo-san, art was everything. Having his best friend take over as the chairman of the cultual advancement comittee.... was the ultimate humiliation to Saburo-san, so... If Kuroda-san dies, then I can be the chairman again.." Koiji looked utterly shocked, and was about to hurl. "After that incident, he painted "Symbol" and committed suicide. Takashi looked at the painting, recalling memories. "Kuroda-sensei survived but became almost a different person." By this time, Koiji was seriously sad looking, so Takashi thought to himself, that he should change the conversation subject. "All this sad talk is depressing him. I better try to cheer him up..." Takashi smiled, and changed the subject. "I'm also training right now, to be an artist." Takashi gave Koiji a huge smile. "I'm working hard to become like the sensei, I'm just like you. So good luck with your training too." The statement cheered Koiji up a lot, as Koiji thought to himself. "He's a good person." Takashi extended his hand to Koiji. "Oh yeah, why don't we shake hands, Koiji-kun?" "Huh," Koiji said, confused, and thought to himself. "But he's always embarrassing me." Takashi explained the situation back to Koiji. "Your training is simple. I believe this painting represents Saburo-san's final feelings toward Kuroda-sensei. The tree branches are wrapped together as if they were hands. And above that a new trust is born... something like that. I think Saburo-san wanted to trust, and be trusted by Kuroda-sensei once again." Koiji looked back at Takashi, nonchalantly, thinking the bad talk was over. "But he took his own life. There's no longer the chance like in the painting." Koiji looked surprised, at the fact Takashi stated such a true, but brutal statement out of the blue. "But you have many chances." Koiji, still looking confused, spoke back at Takashi. "Chance?" Takashi smiled at Koiji, and spoke to him again. "If you trust me, I will trust you. A handshake like the name of this painting, is also a symbol of trust." Takashi stood up, and advanced towards Koiji, and extended his hand. "How about... I be your best friend?" Takashi made a real sincere smile. Koiji paused, blushing, and searching himself for an answer, thinking to himself. "What is this feeling? I'm like excited or nervous, or something..." Koiji lashed out, not knowing what to do with the feeling. "Aww!! But it's embarrassing. I've never shaken anyone's hand before," Koiji shouted, with his head curled up in his knees, hiding his face." Takashi began to sit down, understand how he felt. "Well there's no need to rush things," Takashi stated. Koiji popped his eyes out from his hiding place. "You're just not used to being friends yet." Takashi folded his arms onto his lap. "Oh, it's getting late, so why don't you sleep in my room. I have to watch over the painting." Koiji got really excited over a free bed. "Huh? Really?!" Koiji shouted, on the edge of the couch. Koiji went into Takashi's bedroom, as Takashi took a glance at the symbol painting, and smiled. "Koiji-kun, it's..." Just before Takashi could finish his sentence, he felt a rubber barrel being slammed into his temple. It was a silencer, attached to a fun. He looked forward, with the gun on the front of his head. He was sweating, and shaking, as the assailant put his finger on the trigger of the gun "You are..." The assailant pulled the trigger, as the bullet flew through the back of Takashi's head. Blood spatted down, as the assailant put the gun down to his side. No one heard the shot, since the gun was silenced. Koiji was in his room, innocently sleeping, with his bag, on the night table. The unknown killer slipped the gun into Koiji's back, with the blood on the silencer, to frame Koiji. The figure left, and let Koiji take the blame. Koiji woke up to, Kuroda, and Matsushima, barking in his face. "Ayoku Koiji, for theft and murder... we are arresting you." "Huh..?" Koiji said, confused, groggy, and drooling from his mouth. "I'm the security officer, Matsushima," he spoke, then picked up Koiji's bag. "This bag is yours, right?" Koiji got defensive, and shouted at Matsushima. "So what if it is!?" Matsushima pulled the collected gun, out of his pocket, in a plastic bag. "Plus.. this was found in the bag." Koiji was extremely angry, and shouted at Matsushima. "Don't be ridiculous!!!" Koiji shot up from the bed, and gripped the blanket, tightly. "What is this!?" Kuroda shouted back at Koiji in a loud tone. "Don't play coy!!" Koiji stiffened up, and looked shocked at Kuroda. Kuroda tilted his head, gritting his teeth, and furrowing his eyebrows angrily. "You're the one who stole the painting, and killed Takashi, right?" Koiji was dumbfounded, and started to reminesce, and thought to himself. "I .... killed... Takashi?!" Koiji slammed his hands down on the sheets, and blurted. "What's going on? What are yout alking about, old man?!" The police officer that was supposed to be keeping guard, walked into the room, and spoke. "Sergeant Matsushima. We couldn't find "Symbol" anywhere." Matsushima didn't look amused, and angrily replied to the officer. "I see." The officer started to speak again. "And the blood on the gun matches Takano Takashi." Koiji was still very confused, and just kept silent. The police officers tied Koiji's arms, and walked him outside. When Koiji saw Takashi's body on the stretcher, he was very sad. A police officer opened the door to the back of the jail van, as the same guard police officer, yanked his rope, towards the van. "Let's go." Koiji thought back, deeply, about Takashi's statement. "How about... I become your first friend?" Koiji's eyes filled up with tears, and another weird feeling that he had never experienced before, welled up inside of him. Koiji turned his back to the officer. "Hey." Koiji then cut the police officer off. "Why is it? Why does it hurt so much?" Koiji began to shake. "What's this feeling?" Koiji paused, and began to shake even more violently. "Damn it.... damn it." Koiji turned to the police officer, crying, and shouted with anger. "I swear! I'll find the real killer and get back the painting!" The police officer snickered, and looked at Koiji. "The.. killer," He said cockily. "...Is you." Koiji didn't even care about the other police officer, and spoke to Kuroda, and Matsushima. "Let go, I'm gonna' find the criminal!" Kuroda had his hands on his hips, and questioned Koiji. "If we let you go, will you really look for the killer? Or..." Koiji looked at Kuroda sincerely with tears in his eyes. "Mister,... believe me, it wasn't me. Please believe me." Koiji's eyes had truth in them, and Kuroda spotted that. Kuroda thought back to what Koiji said. "Nobody trusts me anymore. Stupid, isn't it?" Kuroda spoke out, with his head low. "Old wounds, eh." Koiji was confused. "Huh?" Kuroda looked up at Koiji, and spoke. "Let him go. I'll come in his place." Matsushima was shocked. "W.. what?!" Koiji looked at Kuroda, with a huge, happy expression on his face. "He might take the national treasure and run away!" Matsushima pleaded. "In this country, if you take his place, you will receive his punishment, plus, if things go wrong, you will have helped the criminal escape." Kuroda ignored what his partner said. "For just one more time.." Kuroda said softly. "I feel like trusting someone. If this fails, I'll give up for good." Koiji had a stern look on his face, and thought to himself. "Mister.... just wait for me."
So Koiji sets off to find the real criminal. He is confident that nothing will stand in his way, when attaining his goal.
