I need to know if we want to have a minor league or not. If it is a yes it will only be AAA. I don't want to do this in the first year because the league is just starting out, but I'm leaving it up to y'all. I'll only break a tie. |

I second the Yes vote, If we don't have a minor league we at least need a practice roster or something so that we do not have to sign new free agents every time we get a player hurt, that is my only concern. I do suggest that maybe you email everyone on this idea as well as having the post on the boards. I'm not sure everyone has registered for the boards yet. Will the minor league be run by yourself or have actively owned teams? Either way access to talent outside of the league is a good idea. |

I don't know because I didn't want to try this in our first year. It would be hard to try to do. |

I guess my concern with the whole thing is How are we going to fill our roster when it comes to Injuries? What is our Roster Limit going to be? Obviously if we get a guy with a serious injury we are going to want to have someone to replace him or at least replace his back up, and Having to sign a free agent every time that happens is unrealistic even if the salaries are low. |

I'll ask Josh about this, but fill-ins could work for this year. |
