27 - CF? Made bad read. UF scored long TD. Big arms. Physical tackler.

45 - Good blocker. Physical. He's able to adjust to targets. Also sustains blocks well. Put B Spikes on his butt on a lead run. Plays on STs.

91 - C Alexander -

99 - M Favorite - Has some quickness.

90 - RJF - Backup.

93 - Plays big. Can get around corner, but isn't explosive. Good motor for big guy. Maybe DT, but doesn't have big butt or overall lower body.

#13 CB Ryan Palmer - 5'10, 190 - 10 starts, led team with 14 PBUs. Good break on the ball. Plays the ball well.

#78 LT Patrick Brown - 6'5, 292 ... 38 career starts. Gets his hands on defenders. Needs to be more physical. Can get to the 2nd level. Needs to get lower when blocking LBs.

#19 CB Joe Burnett - 5'11, 185 ... 3 year starter, 6 INTs in '07. Takes good angles in pursuit. Will come up and hit in run support. Good, wrap-up tackler. Likes to be aggressive in coverage. Plays off as well as pressing. Gets a quick break on the ball.

Also the PR. Has ability.

#31 CB Johnell Neal - 5'11, 176 ... 3 year starter, 6 INTs in '07. Will tackle. Okay, but will come up quickly. Gets a good break on the ball.

# 29 SS Sha'reff Rashad - 6'0, 198 ... led in tackles, had 4 INTs. PBU in endzone vs Texas (’07). Has good awareness in man coverage. Solid hitter.

#45 FS Jason Venson - 5'10, 211 ... 2nd in tackles, had 3 INTs. Has a thick build. Wrap-up tackler. Aggressive vs the run. Can get lost in coverage. Effective in the box.

2007 # 61 Colin Brown - RT - 6'8, 325 – Looks like an okay knee-bender. Good awareness on blitzes. Has okay feet. Keeps his feet active. Does a good job of resetting after making contact with the defender.

# 45 Chase Coffman - TE - 6'6, 245 – Son of former NFL TE Paul Coffman. Solid athlete. Can make tough catches.

QB Chase Daniel - 6'0, 225 – Winner and a leader. Lacks ideal size. Arm looks okay. Elusive, but not athletic. Mostly plays out of the shotgun. Arm thrower. Doesn’t stride into his throws.

Maclin - long KOR.

# 34 MLB Brock Christopher - 6'2, 235 – Has some pop when he tackles. Wrap-up tackler.

______________________

# 9 WR Juaquin Iglesias - 6'0, 201 ... WR,KOR, and some runs...led team in rcvg, KORs. Quick, elusive. Excellent RAC ability. Good hands.

# 79 LT Phil Loadholt - 6'8, 350 ... former JC Trf... 14 STs. Massive LT. Struggled in the bowl game vs WV. Doesn’t keep his feet active. Will lunge at times because of that. Does a good job on cut blocks for such a tall, big guy. Seals well.

# 72 LG Duke Robinson - 6'5, 330 ... 2 year starter heading into '08. Pulls well to the right.

MICH

# 67 T. Taylor - NT - Stout. Can beat dbl team. Blkd FG in bowl game.

# 90 T. Jamison - DE - will hustle. Plays both sides. Poor COD. Too upright. Okay moving SL.

FLA

# 63 Jim Tartt - LG - Good when he gets under DL's pads. Can stonewall a defender one-on-one. Needs to anchor better.

# 15 Tebow - QB - Mostly shotgun. Lots of underneath throws. Lots of screens. Slow motion. Not sure about his ability to read defenses and his progressions quickly. Looks a bit odd mechanically. Has sloppy footwork. Can create positive plays when there's nothing available. Doesn't have a great pocket presence. Seems too casual at times.

* First I-A player with 20 TDs rushing and passing.
* Had TD run and pass in every game.

# 1 P. Harvin - WR - Lines up at RB at times. Tough. Will even run up the middle. Very elusive when he's got the ball. Good burst, speed. Terrific RAC skills. Tough, son of a gun. Hands catcher. Will drop some balls he should catch. Runs like a RB. Has good vision. Cuts well. Doesn't just try to outrun every defender.

# 9 L. Murphy - WR -

# 7 C. Ingram - TE - Good frame. Needs to add bulk, muscle. Can take a hit. Has good hands. Cuts pretty well.

# 33 K. Moore - RB - N-S runner. Has some strength.

UNC

# 75 Garrett Reynolds – RT – 6’7, 310 –

2007 – Good on LBs. Okay cut blocker. Runs okay for a big guy. Does a pretty good job of mirroring the DE. He’s not smooth and natural, but keeps his knees bent and moves his feet.

# 79 Calvin Darity – RG – 6’3, 310 –

2007 – Can pull, but is a bit upright. So-so athlete. Looks like he should be a more physical blocker than he is.

MARYLAND

# 77 Scott Burley – LT - 6'5, 335 ... 2nd team All ACC by Rivals, 12 starts. Good size. Anchors well.

# 76 Jamie Thomas – LG - 6'4, 330 ... 11 starts, broke leg missed some time in '07

# 60 Edwin Williams – C - 6'2, 315 ... 26 consecutive starts. OTG.

# 75 Dane Randolph – RT - 6'5, 300 ... 17 starts, even a few at LT. Right foot is awkward. Looks stiff. Doesn’t keep his feet active. Thin build. Little belly, butt. Whiffed on run block, OTG. Doesn’t sustain blocks as well as you’d like.

# 55 Trey Covington – LB - 6'3, 240 ... 34 starts, LEO.

2007 – Not stout. Plays and looks like a LB.

# 34 Dave Philistin – ILB - 6'2, 231 ... 4th in ACC in tackles.

# 48 Moise Fokou – LB - 6'2, 225 ... good LB, very good STer.

OSU

75 - Good block on LB on run. Used a swat to get DL to the ground on a draw play. Good block on Rey. Barely blocked 47 on 3rd/20 play.

80 - Caught a short pass across the middle. Got open on a Dig route, but the pass was too far inside and couldn't get it. Had a TD taken away because of penalty.

71 - Looks slow off the ball. Struggled at times with 75's quickness and staying low.

1 - Beaten by FB on TD pass. Slow to turn. Slow chasing. Good hit on WR along sideline. Missed tackle on #2 across middle. Set the edge on running play by taking on 2 blkrs and forcing the RB inside. Slow to get to Sanchez even when unblocked on bootleg pass.

33 - Trouble getting off blocks. Sloppy tackle on FB, let him get back to LOS. Most of his tackles were downfield. Did hustle in pursuit. Had a TFL on 3rd/1 late in half.

2 - Flew off corner to almost get TFL on running play. Came in motion on running play and ended up tackling RB on play up the middle. Very tight coverage on Turner on short catch. good tackle of RB after dump-off pass. Got TFL on run play, although it was really caused by #84.
