Lol, now I feel like a complete dick. I certainly didn't mean to single you out or anything Shooter. Your post actually raises a serious concern with this rule: I totally agree that it would be unfair to ask you to sit a guy for an extra game. There are plenty of us who don't make every sim and it wouldn't be fair to penalise that. I'm also getting increasingly unhappy scratching guys who go over. I know this rule is in place for a good reason, but at the moment is penalises the less active GMs as much as - or more than - anyone who is running Overload or whatever. If, say Lukas or Stampy don't have the time to regularly check in then I'd hate to be scratching one of their guys for a game only to have him sit for three or four sims. That could be enough to make or break a season for some teams. I'd be interested to hear everyone's feedback on the issue. I've got a pretty busy schedule for the next few weeks so probably won't be on MSN much, so post any thoughts here. |

its not fair some gms who are inactive play their best players 40-45 min a game and get resluts they shouldnt get with their teams. if they dont login each day 5 min and check lines they deserve to loose their best players for 2 games with an forced scratching. most of the banned players keep coming back on the bann list anyway. |

How about we try this? Before every sim, the simmer will check the updated suspension list and sit the necessary players for the proper amount of time and them put them back. It would be a little more time consuming but with the help of others in the sim, it should not be a big deal. This way if a team has a 3 game sim, but a player needs to be sat for one game, the simmer can sit that player for game one and then return him to the lineup for the next game. Please let me know what you are thinking. |

Saku Koivu went over for the first 2 games of the POs, with no OTs, so he needs to be suspended for the next 2 games. |
