1) No trade is FINAL until you accept AND give your reasoning for the trade on the message board. 2) you MUST enter your own trades, I don't have the time to enter 5 trades a night as much as id like to. 3)a)Stamp If a deal receives a stamp then it has been officially accepted by the league. However, if GM’s disagree with the stamp they need to “reject” the trade. This will NO longer be done on the boards. You will send the rejection to the commissioner in charge, which is Dano for now. This will be done via email or IM. A minimum of 3 rejections are needed for a trade to be reviewed by the commissioner in charge. Once the minimum rejections have been reached the trade will be reviewed by the acting commissioner. He will notify the parties involved in the trade and the rejecters that the trade is being reviewed. He may do this by talking with other GM’s to help him gather as much information as possible in order to make a fair decision. Once the decision is made it is FINAL and all involved will be notified. The commissioner does not have to let the league know that the deal is being reviewed. Also, he will NOT reveal to anyone who sent him rejections on the trade. Amendment: Other then a commissioners stamp, there is to be absolutely NO posting into any trade thread for rejections or negative comments. Please send those to the commissioner in charge. b)Non-stamp If a deal receives a non-stamp by a commish the deal needs to be reworked. To over turn a non-stamp the GM’s involved must have 3 other GM’s send a note to the commissioners saying they think the trade is ok. Again, do NOT post into the trade thread. If this happens the deal will be stamped and go back on the 24 hour period where rejections are allowed. c) Timeframes Once a trade is made it will be closed and approved after 24 hours if they are no rejections. However, if there are 3 rejections sent to the commissioner in charge before 24 hrs are up then the trade will be reviewed. Thus, if a trade thread has three rejections before 24 hours are up then the trade is officially rejected and the review process begins. The GM’s involved in the trade are free to renegotiate only after a 48 hour “cool down” period. The GM’s involved are not allowed to trade AT ALL for 48 hours after a rejected trade. Furthermore, if the commissioner has been sent at least one rejection before 24 hours have expired, then the trade will be processed as normal. 3. Rejections Rejections can only be sent to the commissioner in charge via email or IM and must contain proper reasoning to why the GM thinks the trade should not be allowed. All rejections will be done in private. Absolutely NO rejections or comments will be posted on the thread. They will be deleted immediately if they are made and will NOT count as an official rejection. If however a GM has managed their team soo badly, that their team hurts the overall running of the league and its parody that GM will be removed. I reserve the right to reverse any deal that I think is too damaging to the team, and if a trade is so bad that it will hurt the future of the franchise severely...then that GM will be fired immediately 4) Any new GM will have to wait 5 real life days before they make any trades. For special circumstances the wait will be waived by the commish 5) Trading 1st round picks: When trading 1st round picks a team may not trade any picks outside of the next 2 draft years. Example: If we are in the 2008 season then a team may only trade its 2009 & 2010 1st round picks. You must always have your 3 furthest out 1st round draft picks at any one time. *borrowed from Dallas Kuffner's HUSL Edited by danoj22, Jan 28 2011, 12:45 PM.
