Here are my suggestion: Improvements that should be made Make an RP (Restricted Privileges) Group that only have access to certain parts of the forum (voting disabled in polls, no access to the PM system etc.). Introduce a warn system that adds 10% for each warn. And something similar to the following to the rules to explain the system. Warn System 30% Warn = 1 Week RP 50% Warn = 2 Weeks Suspension 80% Warn = Another 2 Week Suspension. 100% = Permanent (non-IP) Ban Clear intentions of continuing to break rules in a new account = IP Ban Don't warn (or worse) a Member for "annoying a member of staff". Unless they break another rule in the process, it isn't an offence, just abuse of power. Get three Moderators for the forum. I understand that there's already 1 News Moderator so fund 2 normal moderators. When you have 2 Administrators and 3 Moderators (of any kind), LEAVE IT AT THAT! That's all a forum ever needs. Not to sure I'm not sure about the another mod thing though,not untill the forum gets bigger.But if you get your staff from the start its better i suppose... Anyway...Warns: 30% one week suspenion. 50% 1 Week RP 80% 2 week suspenion. 100% the account been banned. If they re-join then IP ban.

I think that if they make a new account but show that they aren't willing to change, that an IP ban is then needed. If you plan on getting more mods right now I'd be happy to take a job. If not that's fine.

But, as long as you don't spam, we may consider you. EDIT: Hey, what the fudge, you can be a Mod, but, because I know you do spam, the first sign of spam and you're off the Mod position.
