You can call it a poison; I call it a dream. It’s a fantasy that exists at the bottom of all our hearts. It’s a fantasy that stirs with every beat, every pulse of blood. It’s a fantasy that lives in the filth that resides there. It grows with every dark desire. It flourishes in shit. It shines through pain and pleasure. It glories in every sin you commit and eagerly awaits the next. It has no patience. It has no conscience. It has an unquenchable thirst.

No matter how many times you try to slake its thirst with sacrifices of a simpler sin, it will always crave what you won’t give it. It wants pain, it wants pleasure, and it wants you to feel the thrill of the chase. The triumphs of capture the power of the end. And then it wants more. It wants, it wants, it wants, it wants and there isn’t a damn thing you can do about it. You can choose to deny it, but it’ll still be there. Trying to find new ways to sway you, to convince you, to pressure you, to attract you. Trying to break you.

It hides behind lust. Filling the air with eroticism hot enough to melt iron. Melting away all your inhibitions. Burning away every restraining hand. Turning every cautioning thought to ashes. It hides behind anger. Building the fire to an unbearable degree. Filling you with heat. Filling you with the need to release. Filling you with the need to hurt someone. Making you yearn to let the fire flow through your body, flow through your arms, your fists. Throw punch after punch until all the flames have left you. Until the furious burning has dwindled to a flicker of light. It hides behind joy. Making you forget what its like to cry. Forget what its like to feel heartache. Forget what it feels like to feel despair. And when things couldn’t get better, it lets you fall again. It hides behind depression. It grips your heart tight and crushes. It holds your arms and legs down, it covers your mouth so you can’t scream. It holds your eyes open so you can’t look away. It makes you listen. It makes you feel. It laughs as your tears flow. It smiles while your heart bleeds. And just when you think you can’t take anymore, when you think that things couldn’t possibly get better, it releases you. It lets you feel happiness again. And it waits. It waits for you to forget.

It covers your eyes with a lens of its own, so you see it everywhere you look. You see it in every word. A misshaped letter, or slightly darker ink. But when you try to look back, to find it, to examine it, its gone. You see it in pictures. A distorted face, a crooked smile, hollow eyes. But you can never quite put a name on the flaw. You can’t tell where it starts or where it ends. You hear it. Floating along every noise. Hidden underneath the voice in every sentence. Beneath the beat in every song. The crash of a dropped plate, every knock on the door, every whispered word. But every time you try to focus on it, it slips away. You feel it. You feel it in the softness of silk, the roughness of leather. You feel it in the stability of a wall, the flexibility in rubber. You feel it crawling on your skin after every brush of fingertips. You feel it after every kiss, after every grip, every hug.

It is everywhere, and always nowhere. It exists inside and out. Above and below. To resist, do deny myself seems pointless. Futile. But, I will continue to do so, in hopes that there is a solution other than giving in.

I think I might prefer honey combs, but I'm not sure, I haven't eaten cereal in a long time...

I don't usually eat breakfast anyway. But it'd be kind of hard to anyway, I don't keep regular hours. I might get up at noon, I might get up at midnight, I might get up at like 7 or 8 in the morning. It really varies...

And I pretty much just eat whatever I want when I want. No, I don't over eat! If anything, I under eat... Yeah, I just pretty much do whatever I feel like doing. But if I was getting up in the morning and wanted a good start, I'd probably just have some tea. No coffee for me, thanks! That stuff's too strong for me! And I've never even cared for its smell!
