Hi, I just purchased and set up an MSI Radeon R9 290X. I have the most recent drivers installed, and everything is running fine. The first monitor is connected with a DVI cable on both ends. The second with an HDMI. When the computer boots up, both monitors show the BIOS screen, but as soon as I load into Windows, the second one disappears. It does not show up in device manager or CCC. Also, I'd like to point out that my 6850 which I just replaced was working fine with both monitors. The only difference was that I had a VGA to DVI adapter for the first monitor, but the same HDMI cable for the second. Can anyone point out the issue here? Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2377890/monitor-detected-windows-hdmi.html Healthcare product video |
