'The current price of gold is 1239, about, according to my market stats. The price of silver is 20. That makes a ratio of about 1240 to 20. If you know you're math, which I can imagine you do, that's a simple ratio of about 62:1. With that in mind, we all need to make profit, so how about 60:1?' |

"Fine, that's acceptable." "Now then, what about manufacture products? What does your nation offer there?" Ah, you googled it too!! I was a bit too lazy to do the actual math (crazy huh?), so I had just taken a random estimate (the really big number which I first stated and now forgot). XD Edited by Pyro, Jun 18 2010, 12:35 AM.

Yep. I wanted everything to be fair. For both of us.Chun smiled. He was glad he could negotiate down from such a high number to a nicer nubmber. Although he still would have liked something that gave his nation more profit. 'Excellent. Koryo is a huge economic nation, with a very small unenployment rate, so as you can imagine, we have a multitude of manufactured products. We produce cars, weapons, planes, furniture, computers, appliances. We specialize in weapons, planes and cars though.' |

OOC: Actually Morpheus, I think your unemployment rate is too low, unrealistically low. Can you please show me a RL nation that has one that low? Because .2%... :s "The Angelic Wraith Empire, we specialize in technology and weaponry. We may be willing to import some cars, but it would depend on the corporation that makes them and their safety standards." |

OOC: Work is mandatory in the country. Thought I put 2% anyways. I'll change it. Chung flinched. These people were picky. Luckily, he knew that the cars were very safe. ''CarYo!' is the national leader of car producers. They are on the cutting edge of technology, and are producing new designs every day. They are leading economic and environmental cars, and also pioneering the front in such fields as auto-drive, auto-parallel park, and other things. I assure you they are safe, as reviewed by the NSR, the National Safety Review.' |

OOC: Oh... hm.. "I see... Hm... Recently, an Angelic Wraith corporation came forward, requesting assistance from the government in developing a hydrogen vehicle. An efficient and affordable one, that is also easy on the eyes ─ in the shape of an SUV, we like our SUVs. How is your CarYo! doing in that department?" |

'CarYo! has been producing such cars since the late 1990s/early 2000s. We are well advanced of our competition. While hydrogen may seem efficient and everything good about the world, we believe that there are even better options, and subsequently our scientists are researching solar cars. Of course hydrogen power still remains the chief source of power for about 97% of the CarYo! fleet (if you will), but we are looking to alternatives to further fuel economy. So, you ask if we're doing well in that department, and I say certainly. |

"I see..." Wilbert eyes looked to the right and squinted. "Well, in order to not heighten the nation's dependence on foreigners, we will only import sufficient cars for 30% of the nation, at all times. So, no more than 75,000,000 Korean vehicles may enter the nation at any given moment. As I mentioned before, the empire's other specialty is weaponry; but I am uncertain if I should be willing to trade such equipment to a nation we have just began to forge relations with... So, we will most likely pay for the vehicles. What is the price?" |

'The price for 75,000,000 CarYo! vehicles is $1,800,000,000,000, or 1,126,478,503,035 Credits.' |

Wilbert's eyes expanded for a moment. That was far more than he was willing to pay. "I see. So that averages out to twenty four thousand dollars per unit? Hm... Let's begin by importing one million of them. I'll have them spread out across the nation, and, if they sell well within the first 6 months, I'll import more. Is that acceptable? The one million units would cost twenty four billion correct?" |
