I spray painted the carpet in my f40 escort matt black and it looked well, the seats I used grey primer then tamiya acrylic brush paints.

I've painted carpets before with spray paint no problems. Just dont wack it on, dust coats work best for me. Thats what I did on the Rs2k carpet.

The seats, wash them first, primer and paint. :king:

Alright Scouse. Dust a couple of coats of primer on your seats. Then dust on the coats of some satin black spray untill the whole seat/s are covered evenly. Let each coat dry in between. That's what I do anyway mate.

I used MM seats in my RS Turbo. All I did was use grey primer then clear laquer on top as the primer was a near enough match for what I wanted.

You can just glue them where ever you want

When painting the seats leave the underside resin! So u can get a bit of masking tape and a bit of cardboard, roll the masking tape round ur finger so its sticky side out! Stick to the seat the to the cardboard! Keeps them still when ur painting the seats.

Probably useless info! But hope it helps mate!
