Here's a little tip for clean line if you're doing your car two tone or just for general masking.
Instead of using masking tape which has a slightly rough edge.
Use electrial insulating tape,
It doesn't leave any glue residue on the paint and in some cases, can be curved without it folding on itself. :THUMBS:
Works for me.

There's also a thing called fine-line tape mate! Its about 4mm wide and its what spray painter use to put flames on cars, cause its so thin its easy to work with!!

U can get thicker bits but gets harder to use when ur bending it, if u get me!

Yeah mate I used that stuff to line out the England flag on the roof of my rally car, £8 a roll it was :O

I got it from my local car vpaint suppliers mate. Didn't know B&Q sold it :)

I think they sell it mate! Should be in the aisle with all the masking tape materials and protective suits from paint etc... Lol

I would actually like to see this rally car aswell! Lol even though it has the st georges cross on it!

There's a nicer cross u should try on a model mate, that's the st' andrews cross :LAUGHING:
