anyone used filler primer ?? is it any good..does it actually do what its supposed to ??...im working on a rs2000 nosecone at the moment, and was wondering if it would fill the parts i cant get how i want ..after days of fillng and sanding and trying my best to get a nice smooth finish,,just wondering if the primer would make it look a bit better ??? |

I would go over it with the filler primer mate, just be carefull of the nosecone grill (filling them with primer ) but then i'd wet and dry it over

My only experience of filler primer wasnt great. Dont know if I used to much or what.![]() ![]() Was such a pain to correct as I couldnt nitromors it to fix it either. Now its all painted, you cant tell what happened.

As with anything sprayable...don't bollock it on. A few nice grip coats (light dustings) working up gradually until you put a final wet coat on. |

dont know if its worth filler primering now..might just have to sand some more..ill see how it goes before any painting ??

Filler primer is really good, but its really thick, once its applied u will need to guide coat it and then flatten it to give a smooth finish on the model mate! |

Only used it for One model, wouldnt use it agine.
