if youre on about the white fog type stuff, water gets it off, in extreme cases use a bit of nail varnish remover (not on plastic) or just paint over it lol |

Well yesterday I was packing some models away and tried to get rid of some of the cloudy marks left by glue! So what I done was............ Wrapped my finger in my polo shirt, put a little sliver on it and rubbed the cloudy mark away! Seems disgusting but it did work slightly! Need to see if it did work when I unpack them Cheers |

Spread some toothpaste over whatever is on the clear plastic and rub it in with a soft cloth. After a few minutes the glue/frosting should be gone although it may take a few applictions of toothpaste to get it off |

I just done my windscreen on my mk1 as I didn't realise I had a bit of superglue on the side of my thumb earlier when I glued something on and I went to wipe some dust off the screen and smeared a dirty great amount across the middle of the screen, I firstly wetted some 1000 grade wet and dry paper and rubbed that over gently and then used some AutoGlym paint renovater and that has almost done the trick, it's clear again with a little bit of marking but you really have to look. Well tonight I found out how to remove the cloudiness off my model when a certain advert came on the tv! It was the JML advert for the magic sponge where u just add water! It says u can remove anything from anything with just water! So I looked in my cupboard cause I new we had some! and cut a little tiny piece off the huge sponge and have sat infront of the fire with a bowl of water the sponge and a soft cloth to dry it! And a good light source! And it works! BUT ONLY ON METAL! DO NOT DO IT ON THE GLASS MAKES IT CLOUDY! And for only £4.99 from ur nearest asda or tesco! For a huge bit of sponge! Its worth it! Cheers for looking again guys |

Also forgot to mention aswell mate, if u are doing it! Do little bits at a time, cause if the water starts to dry on the paint work it starts to leave bubbly stuff on the car! Also I think a wax will take away the tiny scratches! Need to wait till tomorrow to get my wax out and do it when the suns out! Lol |
