right im about to start a project and ive got a very specific vision in mind, which is gonna involve chopping out the original arches of this car to fit much bigger wheels, much lower. trouble is, i have a dremel type thing but cutting discs seem way too slow, and snap every few mins and takes longer to change the fuckers so, whats better? i dont mind using the dremel, but gotta be a quicker, neater way than that. surely? |

dont bother with them dimond cutting disc there even worse they dont cut shit .ive got one the same good as a chocalate tea pot mate. i use a reinforced cutting disc witch has inpregnated nylon thread so the disc dont shatter and it cuts faster too, last a lot longer. to trim or grind metal i use a nibbler bit on the dremel its a carbon tiped bit on a shaft small round head with loads of small cutting blades on it witch is made from carbon hardend steel it dose not clog up like the grinding stones and it removes metal very quickly .got it in a 100 piece dremel bit set from b&q

remember its not much of a cutter but more used as a nibbeler eats away metal like its butter. make sure you were safety glasses for this one
