Ouch, that sounds nasty. I hope it is something else or not necessary.

Got my ultrasound results Friday...nothing remarkable about my innards at all...they attributed my experience to either something I shouldn't have eaten, or one of them there stomach viruses...

I'm a bit behind on things here so forgive me. I run Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Started with a mile went up to a mile and a half, going up to two miles this week. After the run I do pushups, sit-ups, squats. repeat. then push-up, sit-ups, then the scissors.... where you lay on your back and hold your feet six inches off the ground. Then do 10 count horizontal to the ground then switch to ten count perpendicular to the ground. our counts are 1-2-3 one 1-2-3 two 1-2-3 three and so on til i get to ten. do four counts on the push ups and ten count on everything else.

When I coached pee-wee football we made the kids do that, and man would they cry. Ah the memories
