Nope. I think that it is the media who kills the music, movies, and games. They don't understand the technology, and it scares them. They then find the most extreme stories that only happen once in a million(The Brandon Crisp incident), and exaggerate it. To prove this, a news reporter said Halo was a game where you kill giant robots. They didn't even come close to knowing that they are humans in suits.

And that's what ratings are for. Also, parents need to decide what is right for the kids. Not the media.
