Band of the Month Down due to inactivity	Latest news: I have recently decided to revamp this old thing and start over with something completely new. I have it in these steps: 1. Re-do forum categorization; move, edit, and delete unused sections 2. Get all-new themes 3. Make all-new banners 4. Make all-new marker sets 5. Get all-new smileys All this should take the rest of the month to finish, but it should be awesome when it's done! Article I - Administration A. All members will be treated with respect. B. No punishments outside the ones outlined here shall be used. C. No punishments will be enforced until there is 100% proof of guilt. D. Honesty in all aspects of the board is required. E. Extensive overhauls to the site must be approved by all staff members. F. Must uphold and enforce rules against prohibited items/actions. Article II - Members A. Everyone will be treated with respect. B. Membership here is a privilege and may be taken away at any time as a result of failure to uphold the rules. C. All members agree not to bring judgment upon others. Remember, you are only members. Let the staff handle problems. D. Honesty is a requirement. Article III - Prohibited items/actions A. Pornography B. Flaming C. Trolling D. Multiple Accounts* E. Discussion of banned/suspended members Article IV - Punishments A. Pornography - deletion of account, ip address and email ban B. Flaming - 1 week suspension minimum C. Trolling - up to a week suspension D. Multiple accounts - deletion of newest account E. Discussion of banned suspended members - full warning meter *=see clarifications Clarifications: Multiple Accounts As said in the official rules, this can only be done if you're in fear of your account getting hacked. Once your new account is created, your current one will be watched closely for up to a month. If a staff member sees no suspicious activity, we will notify you and delete the new account after one week. Spam If you make a short post that's relevant to the topic, then it's okay. However, if you come out and say 'I just found 10 bucks!' in a topic about, say, a King Kong topic, that's spam and it'll be deleted.
