Fucked up shit right here, fucked up.

There's obviously something mentally wrong with the woman. I'm not disagreeing that this woman was horrible by ANY sort of reasonable standards and that the baby needed to get taken away, but she might have honestly believed this this kind of living condition was acceptable. We shouldn't be condemning her because of a mental condition out of our control. We should try to help her and learn from her to make sure shit like this doesn't happen. If we just kill her or lock her away in jail we might not be able to figure out what causes a person to get like this and figure out how to prevent more "window girls" Now, if it turns out there's nothing wrong, then by all means cut out her reproductive organs and shove them down he throat without painkillers of any sort, but still try to figure out how to stop or help fucked up people like her.

I agree. that was the worst thing I've ever read...

I'm outraged about everything about that woman... I think she belongs in jail, and should not have been allowed out for a good while. And while in there, she should have been subjected to tests to find out what was wrong with her. It's bullshit that she got off scotch-free, and yet there are people being arrested for way less in child abuse cases everywhere else.

But, it's awesome that Dani is doing so great, and I hope the mother is educated on just how horrible a woman she really is, so she can learn, and fee remorse for the harm she did to the poor girl.

Honestly I don't think she deserves to be put in prison, it's likely whatever mental condition she had was out of her control. I mean actually thinking that that kind of living conditions was ok you'd have to have something wrong with you. She should have been put to some sort of institution where people could have helped her and tried to understand why she got this way, like I said. If it was something about how she was raised they could figure out how to help her and other people who might end up with girls in the same situation or if it was something about her brain...well i'm not sure what'd they do then. :/ k i think I'm repeating myself....

But the point is that it would be pointless to punish her for the horrible living conditions when that was what she understood to be suitable to raise a girl, she clearly doesn't understand the damage she caused her child and punishing her for it would be pointless.
Just my opinion.

Eh, I never said prison. I said Jail. Jail is smaller, and alot less strict.

But, yeah, I see your point. I honestly think she's Schizophrenic. I mean, she thought she could hear the girl talk, and she honestly thought the girl was fine. Unless she's faking, that screams Schizophrenic to me.

I guess put her in a Mental Institution for help, until she can understadn what she did. And once she does, she can be dealt with according to the situation at the time.

Personally, I say just punish her to the fullest extent of the law. If that happens to be a death sentence, repeal that, and put her in a study about her mental condition.

Then again, I'm one for laws and order, and change from within, so... my opinion is probably different from most others.

The death sentence is wrong and should be abolished completely.

Also, I agree with Odd, first - We should do a study, and see if it really is something wrong. If it is, she gets treatment and is to be taught just how awful she is. If not? Put the bitch in prison for life.
